Good price, good food. Hits the spot late at night
Very cool pho place with a decent menu. The spring rolls are very tasty. Excellent location beside the superstore. Their coffee is great as well, wakes you right up. Spice level is just perfect. Maybe one of the best pho places for family in Richmond.
