Terrible and slow service. As usual, they've run out of Chili, again. Don't they sell the stuff in cans? I've had enough standing inline for 15 minutes at this place. I'd avoid.
January 8 at 5:30 pm , Poor customer service ,understaffed. Waiting and no one is taking the orders only 2 girls running inside….never go there again , the brand should know about it ?

Poor customer service , the scanner not working customer recommended to place a sign before the drive through so customers are aware. The trainee directed the question to the supervisor who said he would not do it and he does not get paid that much to take such work on. There was no respect or an interest to understand. A bad attitude where the trainee apologized to the customer. Not sure if these interactions on a supervisory level are even monitored .
