Went this tim Hortons got a English muffin with sausage & egger in my egg there were to many egg shells & after waiting for so long didn’t even bring my coffee and they forgot about. They really need help on working on there staff

If there was an option for zero star I would choose that Employees girl at night driveway is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to a customer it’s not first time we come everyday we doesn’t face problem with any another employee only she is just thinking herself as a owner she can talk in calm way also. They close their machines early and doesn’t handle everything politely.

I can understand being busy and having a lot to do. What I can't understand is waiting 20 minutes in the lobby for a hot chocolate and omelet bites which were so raw I had to throw them out. Waste of time and money. ??

Poor customer service , the scanner not working customer recommended to place a sign before the drive through so customers are aware. The trainee directed the question to the supervisor who said he would not do it and he does not get paid that much to take such work on. There was no respect or an interest to understand. A bad attitude where the trainee apologized to the customer. Not sure if these interactions on a supervisory level are even monitored .

Terrible and slow service. As usual, they've run out of Chili, again. Don't they sell the stuff in cans? I've had enough standing inline for 15 minutes at this place. I'd avoid.

It’s great you guys deal with the car line up fast. But what about the walk-in customers? 6+ people working. None dealing with the front counter. 10 cars get served. Doesn’t make sense. I’d give -1 stars if that that was an option.

zero stars for this place. Especially employees are very rude. There js one girl in the afternoon shift when I usually order my coffee. They made my coffee wrong for like 10 times in a month and I even saved my cup and showed them. They always sorry and keep repeating. One time I ordered Milk and cups so we can make our own coffee at work. Paid for everything. She said Get milk from walmart. I just smiled and left. today i came here and I ordered cheese melt that will special order so I told him my order on Drive thru they said we can give it in parking lot so I wait like I do usually and then the same rude girl came and like u didn’t said hashbrown. But i said others things as well, those were not in sandwich either.I am like okay refund me and she was like no we will make.she is real mean. @tim hortons please talk tp ur employees
