Went there to check it out for an event, you know, the one where we bring lots of people to spend money, eat and drink!! I wanted to talk to someone, try the beers and discuss. So, I went in sat at the bar and the guy said to me to go find a seat somewhere and someone will come and serve you. I looked down and saw, yup, I'm in a seat but it was obvious he didn't want anyone at the bar. Good intro. He tried to back track, but I got the hint. I got up and sat at a table and nobody, not one person, could have given a hoot owl. I had a shitty beer and left. Didn't finish it. Off to find another venue for our party.

A great place for awesome beers and snacks. Recently we had an event where Barnside was a stop on a scavenger hunt. The staff were amazing and played along. Always friendly and efficient service. Thanks Barnside!!

Stopped here with a couple families and our kids after hearing this would be a good place for all ages. Was told off three times within 15 minutes for standing with a beer and that children needed to use inside voices. We were outside.

Stopped in here for lunch and a brew today. Really great spot! Excellent food, a good selection of beers. Parking available on both sides of the road. Working farm/brewery and a great vibe. My grilled cheese sandwich was loaded with cheese and a wonderful carmelized onion jam. I chose a potato salad side which was very tasty. Will come back when we're in the neighbourhood. Beer guru (hubby) especially liked the Irish Stout, said it was very creamy and smooth.
