When I ordered, I was told 25 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later to get my food. An hour later, and I was still waiting there....bad service on a $100 order. While I was waiting, a couple came in, ordered, had their soup, and were halfway through their entree. This was arpund 40-45 minutes after I placed my phone order. After 70 minutes, I went up to the counter again (3rd time checking in with her), and she retrieved my food from the kitchen...and confirmed it had been there for a bit. A meek apology was offered, but that's all. I brought my slightly cooled off food home. The fried rice, chicken chow mein, and green beans with beef were good. The szechuan beef and chicken snd broccoli were bland. They tasted like the already cooked veg and meat had been tossed with the sauce---not cooked with it. And our fortune cookies were stale. Bland as it was, we needed to eat. It's not an experience we'd like to repeat.

Take out food was good. Wasn't happy when I got home and realized they added a tip to order. I'm a good tipper, but when I pick up I don't appreciate them adding a tip without my knowledge

We went to tsawwassen mills with one of our grand kids and when it was time to eat she asked for Chinese food, so who am I to say no to her, but I didn’t want to get mall food so we found this restaurant 5 minutes away from the mall. When we got there we got greeted very quick, they gave us tea then eventually we order. Food came out quick but I’m sad to say that the food was mall food quality and quantity. I gave this restaurant 3 stars because the service was quick, friendly but the food took way the other two stars away.

Best Gardens has just lost a long-time customer. For a special dinner recently we brought home take-out. We were anticipating the same excellent food we have always had. We have been Best Garden patrons for many years. However, we were extremely disappointed with this order and I apologized to our guest for the poor quality of the food and the small portions. On this recent order, we had chicken chow mein, which was all noodles. I managed to find 4 small pieces of chicken in the entire order. The sweet and sour boneless pork pieces were mostly fat. And a small bit of sweet and sour sauce in the bottom of the container. The prawn chop suey was the worst. A scant amount of vegetables. Sliced carrots, some broccoli, a few pieces of cauliflower and a few pieces of bok choi. There were 5 prawns. All was swimming in juice. And the orders were over-salted. Our disappointment was evident. We could hardly believe that this was the same restaurant. Our patronage of this restaurant is over. Sad to say. And the price of these dishes, compared to what we got - was a total rip-off. Sorry Best Gardens. Our confidence in you has evaporated. Not going to be embarrassed again with poor quality and quantity of food.

I really love their almond chicken, BBQ pork fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken balls. The breading is crisp, crunchy, flavorful and the meat is very tender, almost creamy. Serving sizes will leave you satisfied and not too full. Prices reasonable. I recommend for an after work dine-in!!

decided to order out so we got Chicken chow mein, it had a couple of pieces of chicken in it, we also got sesame chicken which was so salty that it was impossible to eat, never order from them again. to boot it was not cheap,

Ordered general tao to go, had to be the worse I've ever had. Dry and chewy. And it was at the beginning when the restaurant opened , so it should be the best, super fresh..it wasn't. .plus she told me she'd call me when it was ready and she didn't. Yeah not going back.

Food was very basic and not good. Mainly wanted the hot and sour soup and it was really disappointing. Portions were pretty generous for the price but bland and lots of filler.
Always enjoy getting Chinese food here, food is really good and the staff are always friendly. Would recommend!

Awful, We ordered General Taos and Chicken Chow mein and it was absolutely awful. Worst Chinese food I have ever had, and that is saying alot.

I was so pleased to hear a lady coming into the place screaming “finally my favourite place!” And immediately having a good feeling about it that was successfully confirmed after trying one of their most popular dishes and the great refreshing ginger beer. If I would live there it will also be my favourite place!

Tsawwassen and Ladner are definitely not the places to go if you want good Chinese food. I will never order from out here again. Drive to white rock and order from le yeun or whatever it's called. The are killer. There's one in guiltiest too. That the original and the best one !!

Most offerings are good old fashion North America Chinese Diner foods. Far from the modern recent Chinese foods but a reminder of the old days. Still some good stuff. Nothing to fault.
