The best tang hu lu I have tried. I got one skewer of fruit and went back to get another. Highly recommend trying this treat since it's rare to come!!!

The workers there were very polite, and even though one of them were still learning, they made sure we got our drinks in a timely manner. While there weren't a lot of seats, it was luckily, not a busy day, so we were able to sit at a table no problem.

After thoroughly reviewing these reviews I decided to not bring my family here for bubble teas. It seems like they very often donāt check their supplies for plastic pieces which end up in peoples drinks. This is a HUGE HAZARD and this place needs to be checked by food safety to make sure there meet bc rules and regulations. Under to excuse to ever find plastic in your food or drinks!!!! I will never risk my families health and safely to try your poison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went in to Big Orange today around 1pm and I had the most outrageous experience with an older lady that worked there. I was walking by and I had just finished a small snack when unfortunately my last bite went ādown the wrong tubeā I ran in there because I needed a glass of water because I was coughing uncontrollably because I was literally choking. I could see the sink and see cups and in between coughs, I asked the lady ācan I please have a cup of water?ā And she declined. She said I would need to purchase a bottle because it was company policy. I was almost blue in the face because I was coughing so bad and all I needed was a small glass of water and so I literally had to yell at her and tell her to be a decent human, and to ābe kindā because I needed water. She finally got up from her chair, put her phone in her pocket, rolled her eyes at me and grabbed me a cup of water. I chugged that water so fast and finally my coughing stopped. The entire time I was drinking she lectured me on company policy about not giving out glasses of water and how she would get in so much trouble now because of me. I couldnāt believe it, it is a glass of water to help a customer who is choking. Get off your phone, be a proper ācustomer service representativeā and help your fellow human when theyāre in need. Weāre all stuck on this fireball of a planet together, so letās at least help each other when we can.
