Didn’t taste right, almost like the fruit used was unripe or rotten. Had to throw it out after a single sip, and they have a no refund policy. No wonder they aren’t in the food court.

Bad customer service provided by female cahier.Store was dirty and they were out of tapioca.Male cashier was ok.Hey owners pls train your staff to be welcoming and courteous with customers .Staff were wearing really dirty clothes and didnt look presentable at all .

Worst experience ever in my life. Ordered one strawberries banana smoothie and found a bunch of plastic pieces from a first sip. The server refused refund money and the head office doesn't reply back. Just wasted of money. One star is too much on this reivew.

Nice to see a Buba place in the mall, but quality is not there. Not worth the money for milk tea and pearls

The woman who owns this branch, is the nicest and kindest person that I have met. She makes the most fresh and tasty bubble teas. She is very welcoming and you will feel at home when she is around.
