Booster Juice

Ordered red sunrise and ginger hammer juices. Tasted nothing like fresh juice. Tasted like water and a bit of juice in there. Ginger hammer only had ginger nothing else. Had fresh juice before from here about 2 years ago. It was good. Not this time.
Spent 25$ on water tasted fresh juice .
Will not come back.

Omg are all the booster juice locations so bad?!? This is the 3rd one tonight I’ve gone to and the customer service is just as bad! Please teach your staff how to treat customers, not call them liars or make false promises by saying you’ll remake the correct order but make them pay for it. Do not go to this location either

I come to booster juice often. one of my favorite places. Last time my partner and I went into this location. We were waiting in line and the lady behind the counter was very short with the customers in front of us. When it came our turn to order she walked away from the till. After a bit one of the other workers came to take our order. We waited a bit. And there was a gentleman behind the counter who made the smoothie. He kept looking at my partner so he assumed that my drink was ready. We took the drink and walked to my car. When we realised it wasn’t the correct order we took it back. This lady the one behind the counter who walked away earlier. very loudly berated my partner and explained how we shouldn’t do that next time. Unknowingly we had walked away with the wrong order we didn’t drink it and we came back to give to the person the lady told us to just throw it away. And made us pay for another one. I would have been fine paying for another one honestly I do really enjoy booster juice. But she made it sound like we did it on purpose. She was so loud and kept saying we shouldn’t do that next time and that’s not right of us. Ma’am I wouldn’t take someone else order on purpose???? I ordered my preference for a reason. customer service has gone down hill. And no one needs to be berated very loudly for a mistake. I understand my partner and I should have double confirmed that it was the correct order. But gosh I didn’t know I committed a crime.

Worst experience ever, staff member was on the phone on a person call, didn’t attend the customer. So disrespectful I just ended up walking out without buying anything. Please educate your staff.

Worst experience. I drove for 30 minutes to get my birthday offer on the exact same day of my birthday but couldn’t redeem it because it apparently expires before the end of the day. Totally lame and makes no sense, never again going to buy booster juice.👎

Worst customer service ....the girl at the cou nter does not know the customer service not ready to hear complaints and starts argue with the customer this is not india you need to improve the customer service........

Hi today i went to this location order 2 smooties and when we tasted it wasn’t the same taste when i did mention the girl who made it she was rude and arrogant.was not ready to listen the complain and rudely said it taste like that .This is not the first time it happened i was a regular customer at this location but this is not the way to deal with the customer will not recommend going there any more .

But honestly reviewing quality of the protein was so low as compared to location Langley and abbey
