hahaha had a fun experience coming back after a long time ! we loved our happy hour late at night thursday dec 4th,2025 ! Funny thing we’ve never been to this location before even tho it’s close by ! what a beautiful place dang cactus !! Busy during this holiday december month ! The host was super nice and chills ! Me and my bestie loved talking to our server anna super sweet and was lovely to talk to , she helped us out with a little surprise ! SHOUT out to dan ! haha thanks for giving our cheese cakes and paying for our drinks ur too kind ! Hope you enjoyed trying the eggnog cheese cake ! haha it was nice to meet both you and anna such a great people to get have small chitchat with!

It was a good night. However, The mens restroom needs regular attention. It was constantly out of paper towels. About two feet infront of the urinals was soaked . And the smell of urine was off putting . It was bad.

I was in for an early Christmas lunch with my Grandmother today and we could not have asked for a better server than Najat! Seriously she made our visit so fun and welcoming and even arranged to send us the most adorable festive cheesecake stone!! We felt so lucky to have chosen Cactus Club and had her as our server. She felt like family 🩷

Came in couple days ago with my kids after a long day and our server Najat took real good care of us. Her energy was amazing, didn’t make me feel like my kids were a disturbance and was attentive and checking in, great recommendations as well. I’ll be coming back for her my kids love her!

We were a group of 3, wanted to try this location for the first time as we live in a different city and always go to the nearest one that is the Port Coquitlam location.
After making a reservation at front desk, we were notified on the app that our table is ready. We were given the table that was right at the entrance next to where the people were waiting so we asked gently if we could have some other table but the staff instead bluntly said this is the only table they have and she left right away, so we left right away as well. Never coming here again

Imagine going to have a nice dinner with your friends after a long week of hard work. Only drinking beer and getting singled out by police in a private establishment to get asked for a ID. While having food and barely making any noise just because, they felt entitled to do so by seeing a couple of brown skin individuals having a proper meal.
After walking away after scanning our id and seeing none of us have even a parking ticket in 10 years.
The waitress saying sorry for that and saying they have no control over it even though, it is a private restaurant and not a public place says otherwise.
Nice way of saying, pay the bill and leave the property to an bunch of individuals and losing the customer forever.

got an pickup order today and feel extremely ill after eating the food. we ordered the chicken wings, chicken sliders, tofu, fries and guac. everything tasted stale and now me and my family feel sick and have been experiencing food poisoning. we called in to let the staff know and our call was hung up. this is extremely unprofessional and unfair.
