They've ruined their online ordering system. You used to be able to just quickly order and then pick it up but now they make you sign up for an account. Waste of time, you've lost my business to your competition. And their rewards program is a joke. Spend $250 and get $5 off, ridiculous. Prices of all their menu items has gone up way too much over the last 4 or 5 years.

I usually love the Chopped Leaf. today, however, I got a salad for pickup and had a few mouthfuls of slimy, rotten lettuce. SO GROSS, it was completely nauseating. for the price charged for greens, it had better be perfect and fresh. I was shocked since I’ve never had that happen before. I’m in no hurry to return, so disappointed.

Charged my debit card. Manager advised me payment didn’t go through, so I showed her my account was charged. Very rude and horrible customer service. Called my bank who confirmed payment did get charged to my account!

Horrible costumer service. I ordered via skip the dishes for pick up and sadly chose the wrong store. When picking up from the wrong location we stated my name and order and the two employers shrugged and handed a bag. When opening the bag when at my destination I realized it was the wrong order. Called the store and realized it wasn’t mine and they continued to argue that it was my order after I repeated the name and order number. Which at the time they could have listened and realized that wasn’t the order name. A few minutes later the location I ordered at said my meal is waiting. The owner was extremely disrespectful and blamed the whole mishap on my mistake rather than her employees who just handed any random order off to someone without clarifying. Will not be back.

Staffs dont wear gloves nor masks while preparing for food.Since when this is a standard of food industry?????Even it’s not for pandemic, restaurant employees wear masks and gloves especially they are touching food and cutlery.Plz show some respect to customers. It’s really not a good experience.

Food was excellent served with advices and smiles. This is exactly what we were looking for: tasty, healthy and fast. Way too much napkins and forks in our take out bag.

I asked for very little lettuce , found just the regular amount. I always order from this location but this bowl didn’t had enough of portion and not properly mixed. I was just able to find lettuce. Very disappointed ??

I go here regularly and have to wait while a co-worker buys a salad. Budget minimum 15-20 minute wait. I don’t know how they manage to take so long to make salad - it's brutal.
