COBS Bread Bakery Scott 72 Centre

One of my all-time favorite bakeries and I keep going back! COBS Bread truly gives you that authentic Canadian bakery experience. They have a wide variety of fresh breads, buns, and other tasty bakery snacks to choose from.

The staff, all friendly and welcoming native Canadians, are always ready to help you pick the right item, and their service adds to the warm and inviting atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality.

It’s located in a busy hotspot, which is super convenient. The shop is on the smaller side, so it can feel a bit congested at times, especially during peak hours. But that’s a small trade-off for the quality and service you get.

Been coming here on and off for years now and the service and quality has always been consistent. Mostly we only buy bread here but the ham and cheese croissant are awesome! Also love the brioche hotdog buns! Can't recommend cobs enough especially if you like GOOD bread.

This is a great location. A family member of mine has a sesame seed allergy and every time I ask them to clean the machine that cuts the bread. Majority of the time, Sofia deals with the request. Sofia is absolutely fantastic and does a thorough job cleaning the machine!! Sofia provides amazing customer service and takes her job very seriously. Great job Sofia!!

Was at the store at Scott 72 mall around 9:30ish......not impressed at all. Pastries seem stale etc. I bought a braided berry thing and it was so hard on top. I do not believe it was made today. Buns in plastic wrap on shelves were extremely hard. What is going on? For the prices they charge, this is unacceptable!

I absolutely love COBS BREAD! I frequent the Guildford location but last week went to Delta (72nd location). The freshly baked goods are consistently delicious and the variety is impressive. Jeff, the owner, ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere. He was kind , gave good advice and helped my little one learn more about his bakery. The staff is friendly, attentive and kind. I was there for about 20 minutes and they served every customer with so much attention! I highly recommend Jeff and his team for their quality ingredients and excellent customer service. I bought 4 different type of scones, cinnamon buns and chocolate croissants and they were all delicious!
