In all blizzards bought on my visit, only ice cream barely any other stuff. Like oreo, strawberry cheese, etc, in Blizzards will not be returning to this location ☹️
Only one tiny tomato in my crispy chicken sandwich lol ?? At least everything was hot and fresh. Just need to pay more attention to the small

I have been a do fan for past 5 years. However our last visit will be last time we will ever visit do again. My 2 kids felt threatened and disrespected by a vernacular, aggressive and rude representative by the name Rehmat who refused to offer the, their free dilly bar that they won on the survey. She further went ahead and said that she can afford a dilly bar and took down the code on pice of paper from the, and then refused to honor it. When I intervened she flipped saying the kids had a dilly bar 2 weeks ago… surprisingly if I used a regularly and have a receipt with. Coupon. For dilly bar it should be honored. Supriya who was an another rep next to her stepped in and apologized … but it was too late. I even requested for a a manger but Rehmat said there is no manager and it’s me who is the head of this place.. what a poor impression you have left on small kids who both said they will never return to this place again…
My wife who is a kidney care patient and has been working so hard to recover from her illness, was given the green light to have a small treat from DQ to celebrate her recent accomplishment.She ordered something she hadn’t had in a very long time; a strawberry sundae. When she noticed that DQ used the strawberry gel instead of the real strawberry syrup, knowing she couldn’t have any artificial colours, she politely apologized for her mistake and asked the employee if she could order a hot fudge sundae instead. We knew it was our error and repeatedly apologized. She was INCREDIBLY RUDE, and never once asked us what we’d like to do. We would have happily paid for another one, but unbelievably she kept saying “it’s your fault, you knew what you were ordering!?!? Oh my goodness!? I have never EVER been treated so badly before!!! Just offer another one at full price, we would have smiled and been on our way…. So SHAMEFUL Dairy Queen, Suraiya, the employee should apologize for her lack of professionalism. People should be more understanding and kind. You never know what people are going through, man, have a heart. NEVER patronizing this place again.And the toilets were backed up with poop and the flusher was broken and on the floor. Good job ? ??

This ice melted from the counter to the inner table, it should not be BLIZZARD, I asked the clerk, and the clerk's attitude was really bad, and he even told me that the ice cream would have melted, and I haven't even walked out of the store yet.
