The icecream here is a real disappointment, so thin and tasteless, start melting as soon as I left the counter. DQ used to make great icecream but now they just gave up quality control completely and scam as many people as possible. Won't visit this brach again.

If only I could give this location zero stars I would. $18 for 2 soft serve ice creams -wth?? I don’t care that they call it Blizzard, it’s soft serve vanilla with simple toppings! Tastes like cold sweet milk , yuk! Never ever again !

Went in specifically for banana split since it's been a while since I've had one. We usually go to DQ Ladner but thought we'd give our own neighborhood DQ Tsawwassen some business. Boy, that was a mistake! I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the serving. In my experience, the split bananas are usually tucked tightly into opposite sides of the dish. But not this one. The one that was served at this location had minuscule mounds of soft serve ice cream on the bottom, with hardly any of the 3 syrups, and the split bananas were placed ON TOP of the ice cream so as to create an illusion the dish was full. The amount of ice cream wasn't even flush with the height of the dish. I will NEVER go back to this location again. DQ Ladner is well worth the extra 15 minute drive to get the appropriate size Banana Split I will happily pay for with my hard-earned money.

Absolutely horrible, this dairy queen is garbage compared to others around the city. I would avoid.
They should call this location microwave and chill not grill and chill , this location is an absolute joke they pre make all Pattie’s , manager tried to tell me that is protocol to microwave all burgers to melt the cheese I told them there supposed to be grilled to order and that’s how the cheese is melted and it retains the grilled flavour , but instead of having humility he has excuses. Never going back this location again ,go the Ladner location there 100% better , burgers grilled fresh to order , so you can imagine you get an over cooked patty no smoke flavour and a soggy bun stay away!!!

This location has not been able to accept gift cards for over 2 years. The people and manager working there just say it's their tills won't accept them. They microwave your fries when you get poutine which makes your fries soggy and gross. The roof leaks water when it rains.Since the new owners have taken over all they care about is bringing in money but have done nothing to the restaurant and running it into the ground.

Super good service DQ! My eyes are stunned to see fast food prices for fries, drink and burger now very close to sitdown full fare restaurants. Today though, nice robust fries, soft drink and 1/3 double steak burger. The burger, very good EXCEPT, the bun was disappointing! Literally, it was as thin as a cardboard box? $14 for dinner on 2022 has to have better value and quality. Upgrade that bun and you will impress people.

Me and my family love DQ (most likely because we don't get it in Europe) and visit it almost daily ? when in Canada. Obviously this is not a typical 5 star place... and I'm only rating and raving about the soft-serve ice cream (never tried anything else there, nor would I want to). That Dairy Queen serves dairy free and therefore lactose free ice cream is a big bonus. Though I'm disappointed the 'Mud Fudge' Blizzard isn't offered anymore.Vegetarian options: All soft-serves are dairy-free. Kid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream. Duh. Parking: In front of the door. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, door might be hard to operate though. Dietary restrictions: All soft-serves are lactose-free.
