We ordered the chicken strips and mine were in partial pieces. The food tasted ok but the presentation could use some attention.

"I recently ordered a cake online from Dairy Queen, and I was beyond impressed with the design and service. The cake turned out far better than I could have imagined, and the message on top was written beautifully. The service provided was exceptional, and I want to give a special shout-out to Dashleen, the employee who made it all happen. All credit goes to her for the amazing work! This is what they are providing now for $8.39.I ordered triple chocolate brownie every day but now this is what they are giving. Very less stuff, hire a new staff, she need a proper training to be on the floor to deal with the customer and making these stuff. Never see such a dumb person on the floor.

I give this place 4 stars... and the extra star is for Damon.. who always gives the best customer service!! As far as the dairy queen chain goes- this is one of the better locations I've seen.The place is clean, food is hot and fresh and service is friendly. There isn't much of a wait unless its super busy. This is my go to location. I went in today for a blizzard today - cheesecake + skor.. was the bomb.. as usual.

Was helped by Damon who's honestly the kindest! It was a busy Friday night, but Damon greeted us with friendly service, gave us a great recommendation for a blizzard, and even helped us navigate the Dairy Queen App. Exceptional service! Also highly recommend the pecan caramel blizzard!
