Upon paying via credit card the fastest way to obtain 10% or less for a tip, no matter how good the service is, is to have an auto suggest of large % tip on the MasterCard machine, do establishments not know this? Shame on you!

Petri Dish

Fruit flies in bathroom. Sticky condiment bottles. An omelette I had from this location a different day was better than other locations.
I had reserved for group of 13 when I phoned the day before my latest visit. The hostess looked like she couldn’t find the reservation after much searching. She then put the tables together. The person who answered the phone yesterday said that they don’t take pre-orders because they take *five minutes* to make the food and that it would be cold by the time people get there. I told her that we’re coming during our one-hour lunch break. The day of the lunch, I gave the server everyone’s orders pre-written on one page shortly after our tables were put together. The food started to be served *twenty minutes later*, so it took at least four times longer to get the food than they claimed.
