We’ve been shopping at diamond sweets for years now and today we had an unfortunate experience. We had ordered samosas and had asked for a few tikkis as well. When we came home with the order, there were no tikkis given even though we were charged. On top that when we called them to correct THEIR mistake, they told us it’s the customers duty to open the box and double check the order before we leave…. Perhaps they should consider that it is their duty to confirm an order with a customer BEFORE giving it? Completely unprofessional. I worked in the food service for years and our team always corrected mistakes and we APOLOGIZED. There was no compensation whatsoever and they blamed us for THEIR MISTAKE. Garbage customer service. Will not be coming here again

I ordered samosas at this restaurant and while I was waiting there, I saw this fly(insect) sitting on there sweets. When I told the associate working there about the fly, she just started at me for a second and she literally ignored me and didn’t bother clearing it up. This is the second time I have encountered an insect on the sweets at this place. Also, I have found a hair in there chana bhatura before. This kind of service is not at all acceptable. Worst place ever

Went there for the first time. Fish pakora was good. Ordered lamb rice as well but noticed there wasnt much lamb it seemed like...We asked if they could add more lamb but we have to purchase another plate of lamb rice? brahhhhhh I ain't coming here.

You will get the worst samosa in Surrey….roadside samosa in india are better.Its not the matter of two samosa but you lose customers this way….sorry but you deserve this review.

I bought Jalebi and not satisfied taste/quality. I went back to exchange it ,but the owner refused to accept that and started arguments and spoiled my day. Not happy with the service. I would never go there again.

We ordered veggie pakoras, they were exploded with salt and spice…
Today we ordered gobi pakora . So they put fish pakora in the container.we are fully vegetarian we never eat chicken, fish , meat .. We are really really upset . But they don’t have care about anything. So be careful about ordering food from Diamond sweet. I also have video .

Staff are nice, and the owner is genuine in his intentions to deliver delicious and fresh food for a fair price. Small mom and pop restaurants are the lifeblood of our local food scene as delta residents, we need to continue supporting their efforts.Only place I’d encourage improvement is in the seating and ambiance. Its a bit worn out.
