Go elsewhere! The cashier seemed annoyed and couldn't answer basic questions about the menu. We asked if the sauce was on the chicken or on the side... her reply "ummm two sauces that must be the same. "... it was on the side. But you must get the SAME sauces?!? The drink machine was dirty, and 3/4 drinks we tried tasted horrible. Chicken strips were overcooked, and fries were under cooked. Garnish veg were limp. For the price, it was a terrible experience. Definitely won't be back.

Lady is rude and why are they stapling the bag closed when you order take out. Not feeling the cheese and soggy burger but fries are ok and pop ok. The lady makes the food taste bad from her attitude, like lady why you have to cut me off and not listen and make me repeat myself. Last time I go there for a 20$ combo and not eat the soggy burger with a side of attitude Sheesh

I have ordered the veggie burger from here twice now. First time the mushroom melt veggie burger, and today I ordered the regular veggie burger. Both times on DoorDash, and both times it was absolutely terrible. Both times the burger was so salty that it was difficult to eat. I have no idea if the patty just comes salty, or if Fat Burger adds the salt. but if so, please stop adding so much salt to the burger. It tasted terrible and I had eaten in, I would have sent it back and asked for a refund. I’ve had the veggie burger at other locations, but it was never this terrible tasting. Onion rings are overpriced and over cooked, chewy, salty and hard.

Horrible! Hamburger patty was room temperature, french fries were raw in the middle, bacon on the burger was like jerky. The XXXL burger had one patty but the picture of it had 3 big patties.

We used to order boneless wings from them ALL the time. This particular order, the chicken is a different quality chicken, and a different breading, and clearly a different oil.
They went from fantastic, crunchy, good sized, and now I have baseball sized wings as well as teeny tiny half the sized of a McDonald’s nugget. Check the picture, (it is 2 wings, only 2) I would now not order these wings again. Sad.
