Disappointing Experience at the SNB Ferry Café
I had a very frustrating experience at the SNB Ferry Café recently. The customer service was absolutely terrible. The lady in charge was extremely rude and unhelpful. When we asked for hot beverages, she outright refused to serve them and told us we could only purchase drinks from the fridge.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, while we were waiting to board the ferry, she came over and rudely pushed us to close the door to the café so she could shut it down before the last ferry departure. The attitude and lack of courtesy were shocking and completely unacceptable.
For a place serving ferry passengers, you’d expect better treatment. This was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management addresses these issues to improve their service in the future.

Good coffee taste and snack place during the (sometimes long) wait for the ferry in Tsawassen terminal. This coffee place has some areas of improvement, however, the food court is clean and well maintained, free public washrooms are also available for all genders, and the announcements are made on time to go back to the cars whenever needed.Reviewed by Tarek Belghith from RZ Network Inc Ottawa Ontario Canada.

Told me to use the fountain when I asked for hot water. Happy to spend money on local businesses but found this to be rude and lacking in basic generosity. Happy to walk down the terminal to the market.
SNB FERRY CAFE in Berth 5 has poor service, expensive items, and no value for money.

They only accept CANADIAN debit cards or cash. When i handled a 20 USD bill to play 25 CAD the girl told me it was not enough, needed to pay 25 usd. Exchange rate as today is 1.29 CAD per 1 USD that means 20 USD are 25.84 CAD. really bad service
The hot chocolate taste like paint

If I can give zero stars I would have - rude individual, unwilling to give hot water to warm baby bottle. Just outright horrible service.
Im sorry but it’s absolutely ridiculous that they would be unwilling to give or sell a cup for water. Response was also quite rude. Frankly if I didn’t have an hour and a half wait I would have returned the food I bought simply on principal. If you can bring your own food, do it.
Terrible service. Male teenager serving us did not know how to make coffee. Tasted burnt. Cream was empty and serving station was a mess. Disgusting coffee and too expensive. Ridiculous
Refused to sell me a cup for water, and was incredibly rude about it. Absolute scam.
