It's never busy but has the most delicious desserts and drinks. Imagine Starbucks: but far higher quality, comfortable seating, and amazing coffee.

At Tsawwassen, Starbucks is ALWAYS busy, the lines are insane! I highly recommend coming here instead. You will save money, experience better quality foods, and are helping a Canadian owned business.

So good and quiet atmosphere compared to starbucks on the other side. You guys are sleeping on this place!! Tiramisu was pretty good and the chocolate croissant was even better, fresh, airy , crunchy and warm which was a sweet surprise! Mocha frappe was good and my boyfriend liked the americano. Will be coming around again! PS: PLEASE MAKE SOME RED VELVET CAKES :))

Didn’t expect such a nice cafe in a mall.

Nestled between the awful stores and run of the mill food court joints, First Light shines like a beacon at Tsawwassen Mills, guiding weary shoppers towards its relaxing calm, excellent coffee and tasty baked goods. Once you try this place, you'll never bother with Starbucks again.

Hands down the best Croissant in Vancouver. If you love a flakey buttery treat. Not pasty at all. Made with real butter. Don't miss out. If you are anywhere near Tsawassenn Mills make the trip. It's so worth it.

The coffee was excellent, and the palmier was absolutely delicious—crisp, buttery, and memorable. I was hoping for a broader bakery selection, as the variety was somewhat limited, but what I tried was of very good quality. The place itself is spacious, calm, and pleasantly quiet.

The cranberry mousse cake is delicious! The perfect balance of sweet and tart. Lovely texture too. Instantly became my favourite cake upon my first bite. Friendly staff too.
