First Light Bakery & Cafe

Best coffee ever! Highly recommended. And the chocolate croissant is unbelievably good! Ever since I had their White Chocolate Mocha, I always have a craving for it. Staff, especially the guy with glasses is super friendly and attentive. First Light is a must try bakery & cafe!

Hands down the best Croissant in Vancouver. If you love a flakey buttery treat. Not pasty at all. Made with real butter. Don't miss out. If you are anywhere near Tsawassenn Mills make the trip. It's so worth it.

The coffee was excellent, and the palmier was absolutely delicious—crisp, buttery, and memorable. I was hoping for a broader bakery selection, as the variety was somewhat limited, but what I tried was of very good quality. The place itself is spacious, calm, and pleasantly quiet.

The cranberry mousse cake is delicious! The perfect balance of sweet and tart. Lovely texture too. Instantly became my favourite cake upon my first bite. Friendly staff too.

Overated. The coffee that I ordered was staled and not hot (it is actually on the colder side). I didn't order any of the bakery items as they all looked over-baked. I am really not sure how they can get a 4.8 rating. Must be from just friends and families.

I recently tried your cheese cones, and honestly, they were so salty I couldn't even eat them. When I told the staff, there was no reaction at all, which was pretty frustrating. I ended up having to throw them away. It really ruined the experience because sometimes you just crave something delicious, but this was really disappointing.

Not only is this little hide away a sweet treat, but everything they’ve got is also a sweet treat! It’s respectfully priced, tastes fresh and refreshing, and the staff were all accommodating and kind. Recommendations were really helpful!

Definitely recommend this place! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was super warm and inviting, I really recommend the macarons they’re so yummy and they have tons of great flavours. The staff were also super kind and helpful, totally suggest checking them out!
