Very nice environment inside soothing . The shop was smelling good and the staff also has a very nice and pleasant way of talking and the pizza was delicious 🤤😋 it's my first time in here and I'll be eating pizza from here now on. overall loved the experience 😍🤩

I'm so disappointed with this fresh slice location. Placed an order for delivery but it was clear that they had no idea how to handle it. I had already paid for delivery and left quite a good tip, yet the staff seemed completely unsure about what to do with the order. It caused a lot of unnecessary stress. It was my child's birthday and we were ordering the pizza for the children at her day care, hence it had to be delivered on time as the day care has a specific lunch time. After making 5-6 phone calls trying to sort things out, I finally told my husband would come and pick it up instead as I couldn't find get a solution from the staff, who had no idea at all. I called to confirm not to send it through any driver, as my husband was already on the way. I got a call from another lady after that saying that it will be delivered, and I specifically said not to deliver and that we will come pick up. My husband went there - only for him to arrive and find out the order has already been picked up by someone else. He had to leave work in the middle of the day just to deal with this which defeats the whole purpose of delivery in the first place.
This has caused a lot of stress and waste of time. The way the order was handlers was very poor and very unprofessional.

She had a friendly smile the whole time and made me feel like a valued customer. She explained the options clearly and helped me pick the perfect pizza slice. The service was quick, and the food was fresh and delicious. It really makes a difference when staff put in the extra effort to be polite and attentive.
