I went to 82Ave location today Dec7 2023 . The girl working there was Sehaj . She was very polite & professional . Evan as she was working alone, she handle 3 customers in front of me very politely & professionaly. I am regular customer of this location. I think this location is lucky to have such a good employee. Keep it up Sehaj.

I am sharing my bad experience on 23rd nov,2023 at approx 8:45 pm. I was there at 82nd location to buy chicken breast and the only girl employee working was talking over the phone, as it was the office phone but she was doing her personal call from tht no. When i reach she didnt pay any attention and after some time she give me hand gestures to wait as she was laughing and speaking over the phone. After 5 minutes she takes my order by hand gestures only what i want but she was keep on saying on phone (main tenu baad ch phone krdi aa) her ego was hurt as she decided not to respect the customer and never disconnects the phone. She was thinking herself as clever as she can make excuse of being busy on office phone but she was doing her personal calls on that. I am regular customer in that location but made my day bad which was only a matter of 5 minutes. Such aa incompatible girl that she cant handle one customer , these unprofessional employees destroys image of reputed company. I request you to do research who was working on that day and make her understand she is just an employee who must be professional.
