The chocolate croissant was delicious...and let me tell you I've tasted quite a few! I will definitely be back very soon!

Had a 10/10 ham and cheese croissant. Easily one of the best that I’ve had and I’ve been to quite a few bakeries here in Vancouver area ! Delightful from the very first bite. Will be back for the chocolate croissant !

My family feel very lucky to find out about Gourmand Macaron & Friends. We have tried a number of pastries shops in BC. Their croissants are the best we have been tasted so far and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the quality of the products. Everything else we have tried are great, too, including the macarons, the bread, and other pastries. We can feel their dedication through the food. We have just moved to the area and have become regular customers now:)

Absolutely outstanding products. Can't say enough about them.
The croisants are nice and crispy, flaky on the outside, you the kind where you bite into it and a few shards splinter off and you grab for them because you aren't losing that awesome deliciousness. Then there is the soft delicate buttery interior of heaven. Magical all the way.
The spinach and feta turnover is made with the same dough and has a perfectly balanced spinach and feta filling. The spinach goes from one end to the other in this delightful open treasure.
Almond and chocolate almond croissants have actual almond filling that you dont struggle to locate.
They do other special seasonal tarts and treats, been enjoying the tomato and strawberry.
Oh those cookies. They make them in the soft style of perfectly cooked magic. That brown butter pecan is now the benchmark cookie for me. 5 types all so so so good. And they actually use vanilla you can taste, which makes the world of difference.
Their bread is the best in the village hands down. They do a foccacio slice with olives and tomatoes and herbs, better than a pizza slice and perfect bread dough again.
The deserts are super yummy too, oh that lemon and anything with chocolate.
Plus they sell artisan ice cream -umm pistachio- and dairy free sorbets. The yuzu citrus is a standout on its own and excellent in a cup with sparkling water. Guava amd mango taste like the fruit.
Try them out and enjoy.
O ya, they are pretty nice and cool people too.

Parking: In a strip mall with tons of parking, i usually get right out front.

Kid-friendliness: What kid doesnt like sweets.

Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking, ramp up to sidewalk, can get in the door and navigate, sitting at tables.

As a french person, I can tell you the croissant and pain au chocolat remind me the one I used to get in France. They are really good! The opera cake was a “délice”… glad to have this bakery in the lower mainland when we need comfort food…

What an amazingly shop operated by extremely talented, friendly, personable and genuine staff/owners. Not only does the love and effort that goes into the products show but the extra level of service, attention and care the team provides you from the moment you step inside I have never experienced at a bakery before. This alone made me feel instantly welcome and continually coming back for more of the delicious baked creations and friendly conversations.

Thank you to Paulin, Elizabeth, Oksana and everyone else on the Gourmand Macron team (that I have not yet been acquainted with). Your efforts, devotion to service, getting to know the client and the continued love that goes into the products really shows. You have created something really special here.
