We've waited an hour and a half to taste cheese and spanish breads, just to know we have to wait another 30mins for them to cook when we've reached our turn.
The Dolores branch staff were not friendly and the store does not want order reservation (while cooking) even if you're willing to pay. So that's another waiting time.
They should provide waiting queue seats outside on both sides given there's enough space.
Granny's iced coffee is good and price is reasonable. Hope we can taste their cheese and spanish breads BUT the their system needs to be fixed first. Customer service and convenience is a huge part of success not solely the products. Do not be too complacent.

Ayusin niyo muna serbisyo niyo sa Mabalacat branch HAHAHAHAHA jusko, garapalan ang mga reseller dun. Pati mga senior citizen ginagamit makapila lang. walang kwenta management niyo, ang dami ng nagrereklamo sainyo about sa pila wala naman kayo ginagawa. Pati cashier niyo, inuuna pa makipag marites kesa manukli. HAHAHAHA never na bibili dyan. Inabot kami ng 2 hours for the 3 small boxes ng cheese bread, ganun kalala.

It's so far the best cheese bread I've tasted, Maybe, the management would have a designated lane for Seniors 🤔 and a more systematic service, it has been noted from day 1 that people are struggling for hours either under the heat of the sun or rain, Hopefully, measures be taken, afterall, your bread varieties and prices are great, kudos to that.
Consider grab or any delivery partner maybe?
