Was going to use the washroom today and took a quick look as I was walking by and the food was half off since they were jist about to close so I got the fried rice and lemon chicken and it was actually amazing considering it was one of 4 resturaunts in that tiny food court. The guy working was friendly and I can actually see myself coming back here in the future. If I had to say its comparable to the chinese food at TnT

Food pretty decent, similar quality level to those you can get from Chinese community areas like food courts in Richmond. Little gem in North Delta, probably the best go-to now for Chinese to-go. =)

Probably the best option in the mall's food court. The food tasted surprisingly good and I got huge portions.
Picture is a quarter eaten. I got 2-2.5 scoops for each dish. The fried hor fun is genuinely good stuff. Its on the slightly pricier side, but appropriate for the portion size. The beef was oddly soft. Wasn't rancid, just oddly textured. Very quick service.
Looking at other reviews, I hope I didn't just catch them on a good day and get at least the same or better next time.

Quiet, clean, and comfort food that hits like California
This spot instantly reminded me of Panda Express back home in California — the food, the service, even the layout. Everything felt familiar in the best way possible. No pressure, no frills — they didn’t even ask for a tip, which made sense since it’s clearly meant to be a fast food–style experience, just with way better quality.
The restaurant was almost empty when we went — bad for the mall’s foot traffic, maybe, but amazing for customers like us. Peaceful, clean, lots of space to sit down and actually enjoy your food without the usual crowd noise.
What really stood out? The food. No recycled oil. No heavy MSG. Just clean, fresh, straight-up delicious cooking. That kind of integrity shows.
And the owner? Super helpful — not just with the food, but with directions to the washrooms and even nearby coffee spots. That wasn’t even her job, and she still helped like she owned the whole mall. That kind of warmth sticks with you.
Would I come back? 100%. Would I recommend it to anyone who misses Panda but wants something cleaner and calmer? Without a doubt.

The only place I get Chinese food is at this restaurant, and it's always amazing. The food is great, and the service is quick, and I've been coming here for years, and I always get the same order as always, as good as the first time I tried it
Don’t know what’s changed but my sister and I came here yesterday and the food tasted old/smelled weird and we both got sick from it and have been vomiting since last night. Somethings different because we used to come here all the time and this never happened but this was our first time in like 3 years and we went because we missed it. Obviously not going back after what happened but I would suggest people to be very careful and inspect the taste and smell of the food as well.

Sad to report the food quality has gone way down. Prices pretty high. Here on Saturday afternoon and breaded chicken dishes ( ginger chicken ) is stringy like it was cooked a day or two ago and reheated to hell. Back in the summer this place was not bad.

Have been going here for years. Won’t be returning. Food was cold and clearly old. The pork is just big chunks of fat. Used to be good. Wouldn’t feed it to my dog now. Such a waste of money.
