Went there for buffet with family. The food quality was average and service was average. When i asked manager/owner for something, he just ignored me, even though he was not doing anything.

Nothing is good here just wastage of money
Taste is quality in the buffet items is not good, and there is no regular refill in the buffet.

Waitress took to long to acknowledge then told to wait then took order n came bckb15 min later n said sorry we r out of this order then we ordered something else n had to wait 30min for 2 order of wings this is not acceptable
The cook came out an used a bad excuse saying the kitchen was busy when everyone was gone except us . He tried to blame the waitress n I said it ur fault u wrk the kitchen.noy happy at all

Stick to chicken burgers.
Roti was hard and burnt, seemed like it was made couple days ago and reheated. Unfortunately $2/roti and not fresh, did you guys not think people catch this? Fraser Health should review this restaurant out if that’s the case.
Chicken Karahi didn’t have enough curry and it’s definitely not half a Chicken? It was extremely small portion vs pricing and description of what you received.
Overall bad food experience and won’t be returning.

I recently visited House of Chicken during their buffet hours, and I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our server made sure we had everything we needed, constantly refilling our drinks and checking in on us without being overbearing. The buffet itself was delicious, with a variety of mouthwatering chicken options and sides that were freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. The staff made the entire experience enjoyable and seamless, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. I will definitely be returning for both the great food and exceptional service!

Today, I saw a post from House of Chicken stating that they offer a weekend buffet from 11 PM until 2 AM. Excited, I called them and booked a table for two at 1 AM. The person I spoke with confirmed my reservation.
However, around 12:30 AM, I received a call from them saying they would be closing at 1 AM—completely different from what their post had stated. Since we were already on our way, we asked if they could still accommodate us if we arrived by 12:45 AM. The staff member asked me to hold while she checked with her manager, then came back and confirmed it was okay.
Yet, when we arrived at 12:45 AM, the front desk representative told us that they could no longer provide the buffet, as the manager had denied the approval. This was extremely unprofessional, especially since we had already confirmed with the staff earlier. Their reasoning? The person who spoke to us “didn’t know” they couldn’t offer the buffet after 12:45 AM, which made no sense—especially after supposedly confirming with a manager.
To make matters worse, their poster clearly stated they were open until 2 AM, yet they closed at 1 AM instead, providing misleading information to customers. It was frustrating because we had planned for this buffet all day, only to be turned away at the last minute.
This is not the first time we’ve had a similar issue. Two weeks ago, we visited on a weekday for their buffet, only to find out that it was only available on weekends—something that wasn’t mentioned in their post at the time. While we brushed it off then and ordered from the regular menu, experiencing this twice now is truly unacceptable.
We always try to support local businesses, especially long-standing ones, by visiting and recommending them to friends. However, situations like this create a bad impression and make it hard to trust the business. We hope they take this feedback seriously and work on better communication and management to avoid disappointing customers in the future.

I came to pick up my order at the Delta outlet on 03/23/2025 around 6:30 PM, and I had the worst experience. The lady at the counter treated me as if I were trying to rob the store. When I mentioned that I wanted to order something from the menu in addition to my pickup, she gave me an attitude as though I was trying to get food for free. When I asked if they had crispy chicken available, she simply replied, "No," despite the fact that the restaurant is called "House of Chicken." This was extremely disappointing, and I felt disrespected as a customer. The owner should check how their customers are treated, as poor service like this will negatively impact your business.
