I usually enjoy their food — it’s fresh and delicious. However, three weeks ago on a Sunday, the food tasted off and a bit sour. Definitely not up to their usual standards.

Major disappointment the service was so poor. We waited for 25 mins for our order and after waiting for 30 mins we got to know the server did not punch our order. Won’t come here again. Neither I will recommend anyone

I am a regular customer. Chole bhaturas and paranthas are good, however their barfi and gulabjamun are horrible. They are selling stale sweets. No one knows how long their sweets are sitting in their display. Every time I got their sweets, I got food poisoning. I have decided never to buy their sweets again.

We went to Jagga sweets many times but recently when We visited them, we got so disappointed. we ordered chole bhature and chole was tasteless, the gravy was so thin and We also ordered ginger tea but there was no taste of ginger in it and tea was not good either. We were so excited to enjoy the lunch but it literally ruined mood. Hope they understand and make some improvements for next time.

Took 45 minutes to get our appy and the main showed up 1 minute after. Appy was cold and the paratha burnt. Disappointing experience.

It was just a regular experience, just another sweet shop. I would not say that there was something special here... Overall an okay experience.. when you don't find any other better options, you can use it as a back up.

Food was not even eatable. We ordered spicy pronthe bot they were not spicy moreover pronthe was not properly cooked. Basically eat raw flour. asked them to cook them properly but refused so customers service 👎🏼
