My pop corn bag had a huge gross hair in it, soon as I told them they said sorry we can’t do anything because it’s open.

The ice cream is good but I was totally shocked they charge 25 cent for the spoon.

Expensive with long wait times and don’t buy popcorns from them. They are expensive and not worth it. Furthermore they charge 25 cents for an extra spoon even after you buy a sundae and they don’t provide napkins,,, i should have seen the reviews before spending my money at this place

i loved the chocolate oreo shake and all the causations inside of the shake. 10/10 would drink again.

I recently visited the Baskin-Robbins store for a Sunday scoop, and while the ice cream itself was delightful, a couple of things were concerning. Firstly, I noticed that the staff members weren't wearing gloves while serving, which raises hygiene concerns. Secondly, I was surprised to be charged extra for a simple request for an extra spoon. It seems unreasonable to nickel-and-dime customers for such a small item. Overall, while the ice cream was enjoyable, these issues did detract from the experience.

My first visit was great – I had Baskin Robbins ice cream and, as always, no complaints about the quality. However, on my second visit, they closed 30 minutes earlier than their posted hours. When I asked, they said it was 'policy.' If that’s the case, they should update their store hours to reflect this, so customers aren’t inconvenienced.

Similar to other reviews, it's disappointing how they nickel and dime customers. No kids sizes, no samples, $1.00 for an extra cup, $0.25 for a spoon (not like I needed or asked for any of the above, but there is no smile with the service). The scoops are so budget and makes me the the owners are too cheap to stock and provide sample spoons. And no matter how poor the reviews are, they will continue to get business as it is in a busy mall.

Baskin Robbins in Tsawwassen Mills offers a decent selection of ice cream flavors and popcorn, but the experience is somewhat hit or miss. The ice cream is generally good, though some flavors seem a bit too sweet. The popcorn is okay but nothing special. The service is average; staff can be a bit slow during busy times. It’s a convenient spot for a quick treat, but it doesn't particularly stand out among other dessert options in the mall.

This location the worst out there. Worst customer service. While i was waiting to order I changed my mind. Will not come here. Looking how they overcharging customers for simple paper spoon or a paper cup, no kids sizes available. I am going to other place to eat my ice cream. Not recommended

Worst location ever. Rude service, and won't even give 1 extra spoon after spending $20 on ice cream. Oh yeah and no samples either....

This location has its own rules: you can’t try any ice creams, and the kid sizes have been removed. The staff doesn’t even know which flavors they have. This is a franchise business, and I don’t understand how Baskin Robbins’ head office allows them to set their own rules and prices. I will never buy from this location again.

Went for a chocolate sundae. Unfortunately it tasted horrible, I think the chocolate sauce had gone bad, as it tasted sour and had a chunky texture.

Additionally, the service was horrible. The cashier had no manners, and didn’t seem to care about her job. Baskin robins really needs to hire better employees.

Overall very disappointed, in both the quality and service. Don’t bother going here.
