There was a sign on the counter instructing customers to line up behind the cashier, which we followed. However, the server repeatedly served customers on the other side of the counter and ignored those of us who were lined up as directed. Even after we acknowledged that we were there first, she still served another customer ahead of us.
This was frustrating, as we followed the posted instructions and expected the line to be respected. Clear signage should match staff practices to avoid confusion and unfair service.
Very rude staff , need to learn manners and need to know how to talk nicely to customer.

Always have to buy the tub. Even have the audacity to charge you for a spoon!

I’m a fan of Baskin-Robbins and have visited many of their locations, but I can confidently say this was the worst experience I’ve had.
1. The Almond Fudge flavor I usually enjoy tasted noticeably different from all the other branches—and not in a good way.
2. There was only one employee handling popcorns, smoothies, and ice cream. On a weekday, I still had to wait 15 minutes to place my order, despite being next in line.
3. They even charge $0.25 for an extra spoon to share your ice cream!
Poor business practice off charging for an extra spoon!

Disappointed!!! I just purchased a waffle cone with a scoop of ice cream and a medium sized popcorn from them, upon asking for a spoon they asked me to pay 0.26 cents for it! Ridiculous and weird, none of the BR shops charge us for spoon and tissues. When the feedback was given to the store representative, she replied, this is what I was told to do. That’s is why I am charging you. This is a bad experience. On top of it the popcorn served was not fresh. Unnecessarily charged for no reason.
These people are shady and dishonest. I asked for a cappuccino blast and I used to work at Baskin Robbins so I know that's made with Vanilla Ice Cream. They didn't mention that they didn't have any Vanilla out, and tried to make it with oreo ice cream, even after we said we want the original cappuccino blast when asked. When we mentioned this, they tried to say that is the original. We asked for a refund and they said they don't do refunds. So they sold us something they don't have and then can't refund? I asked to talk to a Manager but they said she's not answering the phone.
After all that, they somehow were able to refund us. Just dishonest and shady people here, would avoid if I were you!

We came to get a (buy one, get 1 free ice cream) for Child’s b-day as we received email from Baskin Robbins.
They said this rule doesn’t work at this location.

When we Agreed to pay, cashier said “pay and after that scan your coupon”… what would it change?

I bought two scoops of pistachio ice cream and the pistachio was of very bad taste.I told the serving girl about this and she roodly said what can I do ?we received this stock.
The one have yellow hair(she have a glass on and she's short )was so rude! ! ! She ignored people and that ice cream is SOO small and when I was walking I saw a boy with an huge scooped one in his hand! But me and my sister got the saddest ice cream scoop, I wonder who rated five stars for this

Service is extremely poor. Policies like no free samples are straight garbage as this is a franchise opted for that. I've had several locations down in Richmond and Vancouver that gave samples with no issue or problems.
The pricing and portions of the icecream and popcorn are abysmal/small/weak, mostly relaying on their unique option or icecream or popcorn at a mall, which again. You paying for corn seeds popped and cold ice cream that's marked up extraordinarily, and the service experience is similar too burnt kernals and pavement melted dropped ice cream on a hot day.
Be wary as hair is mentioned in the Google review tags, meaning. Several reviewers had complaints of hair in their popcorn and or icecream. So hair in your popcorn/icecream is definitely something YOU can expect but pray it's not there... lack of hairnet are a violations of Fraser valley health code. I'd be more then happy to point them towards this location
I highly doubt the owners cares. Seeing as most reviews are under 2 stars, which is all honesty, says a lot. Hope this stores running red figures cause the market knows what it likes.
