Been a loyal customer of KFC for longest time ever. Finally giving up on them. Had the worst experience ever in my last 2 visits. Today was the final draw. Ordered the 12 pcs and 2 baja blast at 8:30 pm at drive thru. Forgot to tell the cashier I wanted half and half mix. Got to the payment section paid $44 and then 1 minute in tried telling her I needed half and half mix. She was serving both at the drive thru and at the walk in till( mismanagement) on a busy night. Finally when she was about to hand us the food I asked if she could mix them up. She poke to someone and in a second denied us saying they are not allowed to do it and handed us the food. We drove home in under 5 minutes and when we sat down to eat , noticed the chicken was very soggy. We thought maybe be might be just the top ones. As we reached for the bottom , it just got worse. The fries too were cold and not fresh. No straws or napkins in the bag. Called them 9 times, didn’t go through. Heated up 5 little better looking pieces in the air fryer to eat and chucked the rest in the organic bin. Don’t want to go back.

We ordered takeout. The chicken was really bad... Was like it had been sitting for awhile and had a bad taste to it. My wife and I threw our meals out. We will not order from here again.

The worst experience ..app advertising a large popcorn bucket but then only giving a small container and when you complain they say they have been told to serve in those and are aware a lot of customers are not happy because price went up but quantity went down. The fact that when you buy their large popcorn in a deal they say buy regular price for bucket and when you buy it at regular price they still serve this tiny box and tell you we will take your “feedback” full on scam and false advertising

THE WORST PLACE TO EVER BE AT ! the customer service is pathetic and they are even spoiling the brand's name.
Guys and girls keep talking at the back and when asked if the order is ready as told by them in 10 minutes, they still ask which order, what order, when .
Are they being paid just to talk or work ?

Anyone who gives a 5 star review for this spot definetly is friends with someone who works here because this place is garbage. 0 STARS. All around. Service is trash, made my order all wrong. This is the 3rd time. First off gave us someone elses order. One of the items we ordered was a spicy twister wrap, supposed to have 2 strips of chicken in and it had barely any chicken but more like crumbs of chicken. Owner is useless or else they would do something. Don't bother going here. Garbage staff, garbage service, penny pinching on everything and giving people nothing that they paid for. Hire a staff who actually cares about handling customers food. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would.
