They didn’t give the order on time ! It took 30 mins for them to just give the order …it was just one single order with one item and there were enough people in there but still ciuldnt give the order

Really great gentleman at the counter. Staff looks like short and takes time for order… but gentleman at the counter is very good.

So first of all I called the place from my house to order a pick up order but the lady at the phone said that I have to order online or in person which was strange because I searched it up online and it says that you can order through the phone, so I drove there and placed an order at the restaurant and 1 hour later I asked the person at the counter where my food was but they said that I didn’t order at all, and they couldn’t find it. Then they left into the kitchen for 15 mins, when they came back I showed them my receipt and they made my order after half an hour, which is a complete 2 hours of my time in total, and the manager and the staff were extremely rude to me. And the manager also glared at me. They also handled the food with no care, when I got home the food was good. I will not be visiting this place ever again, I suggest that you go to another place.

In total it took a half hour for me get 1 combo. After quite a wait at the drive thru window they asked me to park my car. Then after 10 minutes I went inside to see an empty restaurant, and to learn they forgot about my order. The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant, but I don't understand how my order got forgotten as it wasn't that busy.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this KFC. Our food took forever to arrive, even though the restaurant was not busy at all. On top of that, they forgot napkins, and when we mentioned it, the staff were not apologetic. There seemed to be plenty of staff working, yet the service was extremely slow. Very disappointing overall.
