Sometimes I wonder what these franchises are doing by hiring employees that are half asleep at a service position. I'm not a regular fan of donuts but sometimes we all want a sweet treat. I decided to bring donuts to a dinner party where specific donuts were requested. I ordered mine at the drive thru and informed the young lady, who's voice I couldn't hear on the speaker and had to ask her to speak up multiple times without success.I told her the exact donuts I wanted and how many to make up the dozen. Guess what? When I got to the party and they opened them up, NONE of the donuts I had actually ordered, paying a total sum of $16.95 were in the box. On top of everything else, the guy who attended the window, was told that her voice cannot be heard over the traffic because she was speaking very low for a good day when traffic wasn't loud, however, it had rained and the sound of traffic was louder. He made an excuse that rain must've gotten into the speaker instead of the 'Good Old Days when the paying customer was told that, 'I'm sorry about your experience, we'll have a look at that speaker and thank you for informing us of the issue'. I'm going to try and avoid that Krispy Kreme altogether. It's not that hard to make my own donuts. At least I know what I'm getting.

I would like to report an incident regarding a staff member working the drive-through window on December 23rd at approximately 8:00 AM.
Unfortunately, the level of service I received was unprofessional and the communication was very poor. There was a misunderstanding regarding my order; I requested one dozen original and a half-dozen assorted donuts, but the employee insisted I had ordered six half-dozen boxes. When I attempted to clarify, she responded with snarky and dismissive comments rather than resolving the error respectfully.
It was disappointing to experience such an annoyed attitude during a routine transaction. Clear communication and courtesy are essential in customer service, and unfortunately, this interaction fell short of those standards. I hope this feedback helps improve the service at this location.

The ONE item that made Krispy Kreme stand out was their apple fritters. There used to be so much apple, it was like having a serving of fruit. Sadly, they’ve switched from chunks of apple to tiny strips and now there doesn’t seem to be any apple at all. BRING BACK THE APPLE CHUNKS (and lots of them!)!!!!

We tried the donuts today, and unfortunately most of them were awful. The filling inside tasted really bad, like it had gone off and wasn’t fresh at all. Because of this experience, we won’t be coming back. The coffee was also burnt and unpleasant. Overall, it was very disappointing.

My girlfriend and I stopped by Krispy Kreme to try the special Peanut Collection donuts. The service was really friendly and welcoming. Out of everything we tried, the Snoopy doughnut definitely stood out as the best one. Delicious donuts, quick service, and a fun seasonal collection. Highly recommend checking it out.
