Kwantlen Pizza & Party Place

Honestly such a waste of time and money.
I call in advance 10-15 mins I’m told. Well why am I waiting here for 30mins for two fish pakora??? Then to only tell me you only have one and have to give me chicken for the other AFTER IVE PAID FOR TWO FISH. That’s absolutely bs and terrible service. Then won’t even bother compensating me for there HUGE mistakes. Don’t waste your time calling and ordering especially when you have a lunch break period. Bs.
And now because they had to make the chicken the one fish is COLD.
And when I went back in for a FOURTH time to finally collect it they are still all standing around laughing my order is still not prepared and I still had to wait another 3mins.

I have two complaints :-
1.)There is no first come first serve routine there and there is no clear sign which side the line start. I entered and stand where the buffet is, hoping they will ask for my order after waiting for 5-10 minutes because they were preparing someone’s big order who came before me , that is ok… but someone entered after me and they completely ignored me and start taking this person’s order without acknowledging me.. that is ignorance or rude , I don’t know.
2.) this one is little serious, two ladies working there . While working they were constantly talking loudly while preparing meal or serving meal. I saw one lady while making pizza constantly talking and laughing .. come on guys at least wear a mask or don’t talk while making food ..Spit can drop in the food accidentally.. this is violation of food safety…

The food was bland and plain. There was not much pizza sauce. I thought it would be good because the reviews. It looks like it would be great but there was no flavour. I ordered online

Yummiest pizza in delta and their cold coffee is a must try

I lost my wallet last Friday and I request to staff check their cameras and they checked right away and respond me back even i lost my wallet outside their store still they helped me. Such a responsible staff and owners. Also i am big fan of their tea which is always fresh and tasty.

Refused to sell pizza by slice said we have to make it for you, no slice options even though on the menu… you Guys don’t deserve to be a restaurant

Ordered lunch a bit later than usual, it was butter chicken I received mostly water instead of butter chicken sauce. I don't think I will eat there again so disappointed, it used to be good I felt ripped off some of my coworkers also got same thing.

Amazing place to eat . They have lots of variety in pizzas and Indian cuisine . Moreover they take care of cleanliness and authenticity in every food item . Amazing team , they are very friendly and respectful . Must visit .

Best pizza ever, specially butter chicken pizza.This place is so good for takeout food for truckers aswell, easy accessible locationAnd food is tasty as always

I'm one of the landscapers for the property and eat here nearly every Monday. The pizza is really good, prices are fair and they're always friendly. The coffee is pretty good too.

The most delicious pizza in annacis island. The delivery was right on time. And the pizza's were hot and crisp. Next time we gonna try some indian food as well as we have heard a lot about you guys.
