Love this place for the food and friendliness. Still consider this the best sushi restaurant in Ladner and rivals that of Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond. Highly recommend the Happy Lunch Choice. Great value.

I went out for dinner with a friend while visiting the area and we wanted sushi. Someone recommended Ladner Sushi and we were not disappointed. The service was top notch. The sushi was delicious. Fair pricing.

The place is clean and decent. Staff and service were nice and friendly. Food taste good but the serving come in small amount, I hope they'll be more generous considering the price which is a bit more expensive compared to other places. They also have a kids size toilet bowl in their washroom which makes it difficult for an adult to poo in it.

Small cozy Japanese restaurant that serves pretty standard fare. Has all the things you know and love like Cali roll, kappa roll, bentos and sashimi. I liked the interior decor especially the hanging red lanterns and the place was tidy. Quick service and the place was pretty busy when I walked in for lunch. Ordered my usual udon and it was on the border of average/great. My noodles were served in a metal bowl with a carrying handle and I found it both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
Absolutely love this spot!! I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints. The owners are some of the most lovely people I have ever met and the sushi is always so so fresh and delicious. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend visiting this local gem.

What a little gem in the heart of Ladner. If you are around, give this place a try.
I came during late lunch and lady server seated me right away. Clean, spotless and edifying music with comfortable temperature. Tea arrived within a minute of sitting and lady was super friendly.
Knowing I was running abit behind I ordered their beef teriyaki bento box.
Food arrived quickly and it was delicious.
Portion size was just great!

My sashimi (tuna ) was still kinda icy in the middle. I order yam and shrimp tempura because apparently, they didn't have the deluxe tempura. When i got the order, i got 3 boxes of tempura... deluxe,yam and shrimp.... Also with my sashimi... it was suppose to be spicy , no sauce... No chopsticks either...
