I’m a huge foodie and this is where you want to be in Ladner. Atmosphere is stunning, welcoming, and authentic. Servers were lovely and prompt and the dinner was incredible. As a vegetarian I would highly recommend the vegetable udon, but there is really no shortage of options, and there is something for everyone on the menu. Best bite of food I have had in a minute, go check out maguro sushi!

I got yesterday 3 lunch boxes and 3 rolls.It was horrible experience,all my family and myself had a heartburn,because for making of tempura was used old oil.Rolls were not good at all.Still feel sick . We were Maguro customers for more than 20 years,probably from the first day as the restaurant was open. We brought tens of friends to Maguro Curious what happened? That was the worst food that we ever had from Maguro.Paid $95 ,pretty expensive menu .Should be a good or perfect quality. Would be fair to get respond from management and money back. Still have a receipt.

Great food and fantastic service! We came with a group of 16, and our waitress, Phoebe, was incredible; so sweet, attentive, and on top of everything. Everyone in our group loved her. Excellent customer service!

Even though the interior design is very pretty, the food was terrible. The waiter was sweet, but she was holding the glass by the top where your mouth goes. The roll (snowing roll) was missing half of its ingredients, and instead, had an absurd amount of the bad-tasting crunch topping (almost like mechanical oil)… The sushi rice was overcooked. And we both ended up with bad stomach ache afterward. Even though we complained about the roll, and didn't finish it, they still made us pay for it.
Don’t waste your money - don’t go there.

The food is perfect. Maybe one of the best Japanese restaurants i have tried in vancouver. We nice place to spend time in a calm and quiet space. The only issue is short staff. Sometimes just one person to take care of all customers
