We visited here last night. The ice cream was absolutely delicious, but the customer service really ruined our experience. There was no sense of welcome, no greetings, no smile as I approached the counter. Especially a girl wearing blue top and glasses was really rude and has so much attitude. When you’re spending money at a place like this, the service should match the quality of the product. Honestly, the ice cream was fantastic, but the staff’s attitude really ruins the overall experience and they really need to work on it.
Faluda ice is very tasty. They have so many flavors of ice-cream that you get confused which one to eat.

This place is a hidden gem. Customer service from the ladies were very good. The the shop was very clean and spacious. The kids loved it. And the flavors were awesome. Better than spending money on over priced marble slab ice cream. Highly recommended👍🏾👍🏾
