I just wanted to take the time to explain how well the staff did in when I came in. It was about 5:30 when I walked in and the restaurant was VERY busy. The staff was being bombarded with people at the cash till and also DoorDash delivery people. They did such a professional, efficient job I was very pleased. They got through the orders so fast with only 2 staff working at that time. My order was correct and fresh. They did a good job. 👏🏼

We ordered potato Taters as I don’t eat chicken but there was a piece of chicken in it. And then when we approached them and told them about the situation, their manager acted so casually as if nothing happened.
Ordered the chicken pop ins, large fries and a big Mary. The pop ins were mid at best and that’s me being generous. The fries. And I’m not even exaggerating were the WORST FRIES I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. No seasoning and just tasted super starchy. I ate 2 and threw the whole large box out. Hoping that they could redeem their selves after the fries I turned to the big Mary. I’m going to provide some pictures below. Now keep in mind it was Monday so it was for the special of $4.99, but the sandwich was BLAND. Whole experience was BLAND. I will never ever return to that location ever again. The people working there looked miserable and weren’t accommodating at all. I suggest you hire some people that bring charisma and energy to your place of business because these women weren’t accommodating at all. And on top of that the food was disgusting. I highly suggest you find new workers because this blew my mind. Every time I have ever been to Mary browns it has always exceeded my expectations. Very first time I come to this location and I couldn’t believe it. Everything tasted horribly. The best thing I ordered was the Dr Pepper. No effort put into this meal. No love put into it. DISGUSTING. If I could rate any lower I would
