Ordered the chicken pop ins, large fries and a big Mary. The pop ins were mid at best and that’s me being generous. The fries. And I’m not even exaggerating were the WORST FRIES I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. No seasoning and just tasted super starchy. I ate 2 and threw the whole large box out. Hoping that they could redeem their selves after the fries I turned to the big Mary. I’m going to provide some pictures below. Now keep in mind it was Monday so it was for the special of $4.99, but the sandwich was BLAND. Whole experience was BLAND. I will never ever return to that location ever again. The people working there looked miserable and weren’t accommodating at all. I suggest you hire some people that bring charisma and energy to your place of business because these women weren’t accommodating at all. And on top of that the food was disgusting. I highly suggest you find new workers because this blew my mind. Every time I have ever been to Mary browns it has always exceeded my expectations. Very first time I come to this location and I couldn’t believe it. Everything tasted horribly. The best thing I ordered was the Dr Pepper. No effort put into this meal. No love put into it. Amazing Atmosphere and vive. The chicken was surprisingly very fresh and sumptuous, and their taters and sandwiches were also above the mark. Customer service was also commendable. Will definitely go there again.

I'm sorry but, we loved eating at this location till tonight. Waited over 20 minutes for our food, and then when we asked to talk to someone about the wait... There was no manager or anyone with any authority. Not yelling , but just askng for some sort of compensation and the cashier started talking to the cooks hindi or Punjabi, and they came to the pass, and both were glaring and trying to intimidate... I don't understand how there is no accountability for for the way we were treated. I'm sorry but we felt discriminated against.... Both my partner and I, work for companies that focus on diversity, and respect for everyone. Diversity training needs to be implemented for employees as everyone should adhere to those guidelines Everyone
Ordered the Big Mary Spicy Combo with a Tatar Poutine. The Poutine arrived with the lid left open and no cutlery to eat the Poutine. Because the lid was left open the Poutine arrived cold and dried out. I need to make my own gravy because evidently there wasn't enough put on the Poutine to begin with seeing as the cheese curds were not even melted. Horrible service and will not be ordering at this location again.

I ordered 2 Sandwiches (one online through app and one in-person ) as there was an offer on the MB App Fried Chicken Sandwich day. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I don't mind waiting as i believe one gets fresh food if the staff is taking time. However, To my surprise when i came home and opened up the bags, the chicken in the sandwich was super hard to chew, and super super cold. My house is just 5 minutes away so can't blame the distance. May be the burgers were pre made for those who avail the offer. I will never ever use these offers again that just waste your money and time. I feel nauseous as the hard chicken is just strucked in my throat. Not going again definitely.
