Very beautiful staff
Never have I ever waited so long in a drive through. There was many cars waiting in the line. I thought it would go by quickly. Sat at the speaker saying hello hello for 5 minutes nobody came by. Finally just drove to the counter to actually talk to someone and when I rolled down the window I heard cars from the drive thru honking. Luckily they took my order at the window but that was after 20 minutes of waiting in a drive thru line up. It would’ve been faster to Uber eats McDonalds to my house than waste my time in this drive thru.
This location only prioritizes drive thru costumers. I waited 20 min for ice cream for my kids just to find out the machine was down the whole time. They were not informing others and allowing orders. The employees need to learn customer service skills
Super quick drive thru. Sometimes there's an audio glitch where we can't understand each other, but overall pleasant experience!
I’m extremely disappointed with this McDonald’s location. I’ve now had to deal with the same issue three times in the past month and a half — standing in a long line only to be told that the ice cream machine is “down for cleaning.” And each time, it happens during peak hours in this hot weather.
Who schedules machine cleaning when customers are clearly lining up for cold treats? It’s frustrating, poorly managed, and feels like a complete waste of time. I’d rather drive further to another location where I can actually get what I came for than continue to be disappointed here. Definitely not coming back
Worst Mcdonalds I have ever visited. Service is non existent and the tables and floors look like they have not been cleaned in days.

Walking into this establishment is less like entering a dining venue and more like stumbling onto the set of a poorly managed post-apocalyptic survival film. From the moment you approach the doors—flanked by individuals sprawled out and engaging in suspicious, smoke-filled activities—you know you’re in for an experience, though not the kind anyone would willingly pay for.
Once inside, the ambiance only deteriorates. Tables and floors appear to have been forgotten by the cleaning staff, if they even exist. It’s not grime at this point; it’s a historical artifact, a testament to just how long a space can go without seeing a mop or cloth. And good luck catching anyone’s attention for service unless you surrender to the soulless embrace of an automated kiosk. The human staff seem allergic to the notion of customer interaction unless you're at the drive-thru.
But let’s talk about the food—if you can call it that. The sandwich I received was a crime against culinary decency. Cheese and sauce were sloppily slathered, not in the center where they belong, but oozing out of the sides like a culinary cry for help. The fries, or should I say "fries-scented air," were a slap in the face to anyone who dared to exchange three hard-earned dollars for what amounted to half a serving.
And management? Well, presenting these issues to them is about as effective as shouting into the void. The apathy is palpable, and the standards are so abysmal, they redefine the bottom of the barrel. One can only hope the health department takes notice because clearly, no one else here cares.

Stepping into this McDonald’s location, I expected the familiar consistency the Golden Arches is known for. Unfortunately, what I encountered was a far cry from the brand's usual standards. The food was presented in a haphazard manner—burgers seemingly assembled in a rush, with cheese sliding off the bun like an afterthought. To make matters worse, the burger buns were stale around the edges, further diminishing the overall experience.
The dining area itself was no better. Tables were visibly dirty and had not been cleaned in some time, with trash scattered around. To my shock, some individuals were even laying on the floors, creating a chaotic and uninviting atmosphere for guests.
What truly baffled me, however, was learning that this location does not honor complimentary drink refills for dine-in customers—a staple of the McDonald’s experience. It seems this franchise has chosen to deviate from the brand's norms and impose its own rules, leaving customers frustrated.
Adding insult to injury, the manager’s demeanor was outright rude when I inquired about the refill policy. Rather than addressing the concern with understanding, their dismissive attitude left a bitter taste far worse than the stale bun. I’ll be contacting corporate to seek clarity on whether this practice and approach are acceptable.

The worst mcdonalds around.
I ordered our food at 1220pm, they asked me to wait in the parking lot. 30 minutes later they finally came out with MY food and not my kids meals..
I've worked at mcdonalds, I'm usually pretty patient when it comes to waiting but this was just insane!!
& they didn't even do anything about it!!
