Very disappointed from the employee name Matthew and manger simran not sure she give the right name .at first when I asked the she said straight no . My question is if you are not doing anything wrong or against your company policy , what is issue giving your name. Anyways McDonald's company problem. I visited the location yesterday around 7-8pm 7005 120th.it was my son birthday he wants birthday free meal. We went to the drive through i told him let me ask first i never done it celebration. Employee heard my request and call me on the window i asked the same thing is the any thing you can make my son birthday special. Window associate called Matthew he listen and say no we do not have any kind off offers he called manger she said no McDonald's doesn't not offers such kind of offer. PLEASE TEACH YOU TEAM DO NOT BLAME OR PUT MCDONALD'S REPUTATION DOWN. MCDONALD'S does off free meal for kids go read. It said you have to be members with McDonald's. Very sorry for you staff who can easily make someone experience better by just offering potato fries or a small drink. Just make somebody birthday special. That's what I have KFC done for him. They don't have any kind of offers as well. But the manager there, she offered him just a fries one one piece chicken and a small drink, and after that we went home, he was very happy. He says. That called above and beyond. McDonald need to raise their bar customer experience. If you looked at a view very bad reviews, there is a reason management's supposed to work on the team. All the managers have some empowerments on a special situation. And even though if you don't want to offer anything, you can explain. The way you can make a member, but don't say no. We don't I hope. You come up with a solution for mcdonald, not for me, for everyone we love mcdonald's.We hate mcdonald employee's poor customer service.Please please please do coaching.

I visited the drive-thru today at approximately 3:15 pm after picking up my son. I purchased a coupon booklet from McDonald's and opted to substitute a Junior Chicken patty for the cheeseburger, offering to pay extra for the change. The manager, whose name I am not familiar with but who has brown skin and slightly long black hair, insisted that he could only provide a cheeseburger and refused to accommodate my request for the Junior Chicken, despite my willingness to pay extra. This interaction took place in front of my son, who observed the entire exchange. I have made similar orders in the past, so I was surprised by the manager's refusal, especially considering that I had paid for the coupon booklet and the substitution was not free.

I came in dining room was closed for maintenance so I ordered take out double fillet o fish when I got to my car I dropped it in my car mat now filthy so I went back inside explained what happened and they replaced it fresh no questions asked 10/10 will come here again
