Absolute worst McDonald’s in the lower mainland. If by some chance they actually get your order right your food is rock hard cause it’s been sitting around for who knows how long. But most likely they will completely screw up your order. I had my order taken wrong tonight. Then retaken wrong again by what apparently was the manager working the drive thru window. Then proceeded to hand me the wrong order. You seriously cant make this stuff up. I forgot this all took about 14 minutes because they were screwing up every single persons order. Never again.

Waited 5 mins at take out window with no cars at 10 pm tonight. Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and an orange pekoe tea with cream and sugar. I got a tea - black- and got this sandwich. Completely burnt. It smelled burnt out of the box. Waited 10 mins for the food - nobody at the window and more giggling. Awful. Something is clearly wrong.

They don't deserve any star rather -0. Whenever I visited this store at around 4am they simply reply our system is not ready you have to wait for sometime.Better change the opening hours.

I’m writing to express my frustration with the repeated poor service at your location during late-night hours, particularly around 3:30 AM. Almost every time I visit during this time, I’m told that the machines are not working — whether it’s the ice cream machine, the fryer, or sometimes the entire kitchen. It’s extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially for a 24-hour location.
It feels like the staff are either unprepared or unwilling to serve customers properly at night. If the machines truly are always down, that’s a major operational issue. If not, then it’s a customer service problem that needs serious attention.

Everytime i come at night there system has some issue or there machine were working. I mean if don’t want to serve properly please shut this down at nights what is the point to opening it when you want to serve . And the stafff is soo soo rude at nights

Better check your order to see if you are missing anything. They are light handed with fries.
