I’ve had multiple instances here recently both with take out and delivery: where food items have been missing, I’ve been given someone else’s order or my order has not been customized properly.
I hate leaving these reviews because I know it’s mostly young adults working there, but it’s just unacceptable how much the quality of service has dropped off at this location.

Today - November 22nd 2025. I waited 1 hour for a breakfast sandwich and tea. Went thru drive thru and was parked. Nobody came out after 30 minutes. I went in and they still couldn't get my order together. They kept putting priority to door dashers. Other customers were asking for refunds, and the manager said they had to wait. Many other customers with lost orders. Nobody knew what they were doing.
TOTAL wait time for my tea and sandwich... 1 HOUR!!! When I got my order home, it wasnt what I ordered and cold.
There seems to be a big problem at this location. Why hasn't corporate stepped In? Whoever owns this particular one needs to be slapped silly and whoever manages it needs to be fired.

Horrible. We had to leave early to go to the ferry, so we mobile ordered as soon as breakfast started. Gave them a few minutes before heading over there, only to find out their system was down and it would be another 10 minutes before it was up and running again. Luckily we weren't charged yet. We still had time, so we waited longer than 10 minutes before going through the drive-thru, only to be told that they weren't able to make hashbrowns! One of my kids ordered a wrap that had (should) have a hashbrown in it, and I saw that they still charged us full price for that item, so I just blew past the window and just headed to the ferry. Stay far way from this McDonald's.
