I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor service and unprofessional behavior I encountered from the Manager Ravneet (I am not sure if it’s correct name, I don’t see any name batch on them) at your McDonald's store located at 1285 Clivedon Ave, Delta, BC, on November 24, 2024.
I placed an online order (Order #2106) and went to the store to pick it up. When I received my order, but upon reaching home, I discovered that the hashbrowns, a water bottle, and the Happy Meal box were missing. I immediately called the store to report the issue but received no response. After several attempts, the manager, Ravneet, finally answered the call. When I inquired about the missing items, she told me that they had been left on the counter, implying that it was my mistake for not picking them up.
Despite explaining the situation, Ravneet did not make any effort to resolve the issue or offer any assistance. She spoke in a dismissive and rude manner, which I found completely unacceptable. As a loyal McDonald's customer, I expect better treatment and respect, not only as a consumer but also in my interactions with staff.
I request that the management team review this matter and provide an apology for Ravneet's unprofessional conduct. I would appreciate a resolution to this issue, as I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect at all times.

Food always fast and fresh and great staff. NOTE to the lady preparing the burgers ; Please consider washing your hands or using a cloth to wipe down counter tops. As using your palm/hand to wipe off the excess food from the counter top to the floor then proceeding to prepare my burger wasn't quiet sanitary!!.. felt disgusted

This is one of the worst mcds to order delivery and for dine-in. Reading past reviews, the reoccurring complaint is the watered-down orange juice and the constant wrong orders. My wife ordered here because it's the only location popping up on doordash. We spent over $50, and we received no eggs on our sausage egg griddles, and all our orange juices had to be thrown out. Whoever manages this particular restaurant does not care how the staff are trained, or they are purposely making wrong orders to save on food cost. I've stopped going in-house, as my orders are always wrong. You'd think with the mcdonalds warehouse being on annacis island, they would have fresher products. As an ex-shift manager, for Mcds of 10 years. Never again would we order from this location.

I go there often for breakfast however the shrinkflation has hit here to! When ordering OJ with my breakfast meal, its orange colored water.. I've complained many times but no change at all. Owner must be saving a buck.. typical of todays world. Dont get the OJ!

Order burgers with no onions. They put onions and scraped them off. They forgot a couple. If I hadn't of checked.omg.. I have allergies and if I had eaten it I would have been sick or worse. They just don't care I guess. Mc Donald's sure isn't what it was

Another Annacis island location that is just garbage no matter how loud and clear you talk they ask to repeat an order 3 times and still get it wrong also I’m pretty sure a sausage McGriddle comes with more then just to pancakes and a sausage piece. Seriously how do you mess up so bad. As for milk in the coffee and still get cream. Take yourself off autopilot and listen to the orders that come through stop assuming. I’m done with shopping anywhere on annicis your all garbage locations who don’t care because you know people will come through. Deplorable services

McDonald's is a joke.. so much for diversity when all they hire are foreign workers from India. Communication is key when ordering through a drive thru, so how about some employees with a better level of English comprehension? The person on the other end couldnt understand what i was ordering, even had difficulty understanding me explain my order to them, face to face. Clearly franchisee owners are racist, because seeing anyone NOT from India working in there is like seeing a unicorn or Bigfoot in the wild. I no longer will frequent Wendy's, McDonald's, Tim Hortons, or Walmart.. temporary foreign workers and international students working here have killed the country. Pathetic.
