I always have a fantastic experience at Mucho Burrito, and a big part of that is thanks to Chandan. Every time I visit, he’s working hard, providing excellent service, and always remembers my order. The food is consistently delicious, and Chandan's dedication and positive attitude truly stand out. Highly recommend this location for great food and exceptional service.

I have been coming at this location since last 3 years. I came here at 6:45 on Saturday November 2, 2024. This cashier girl has no idea on how to give proper customer service. I tried my best to be polite and not to create a scene here. I could tell by the look at her face she didn’t want to work and was pissed off to see me and other customers too. Didn’t reply to me and started making face when i tried to ask for something. One suggestion, if you do not like your job please quit. A lot of people are looking for jobs. Food is good as usual and other girls did a great job. Cheers to them :)

Worst experience in terms of customer service...not being racist here but turban guy thinks he own the restro and behaves very rude...he was arguing with us why did we apply the same promo again and it's loss for their company, if that's the case why don't your company take action not accept the order from the customers with same promo.

I’ve been a regular customer here for a while, and unfortunately don’t see myself coming back. This past Sunday I had ordered their chicken burrito as usual. The veggies & chicken tasted “off.” I developed food poisoning later that night/early morning with severe vomiting. I have not yet fully recovered. This has been one of the worst I’ve ever felt and I do not want anyone else to experience what I did. Please have staff look carefully into food safety guidelines. This is unacceptable.
