This is not busy and yet they can't complete an Uber order on time or even look at orders coming in . This location and staff are not hard working or care about the customers or making any money . Avoid this location on Uber and all together . This mucho burrito will never have a good recommendation going forward . They need to lose their business

We’re regular customers at Mucho Burrito and always order the same meal. During our recent visit, we were served by Harpreet Minhas, who truly stood out. She was incredibly motivated, focused, and clearly dedicated to her role. Her excellent service and warm, welcoming personality made our experience even better.

Do not patronize this place they rip you off all the time this is my third visit and they kept on insisting that they put my order but it was missing when I went back the immediately retaliated and told me I was wrong. No customer service no feedback nothing I’ll tell you what this is a massive rip off For a little tub of guacamole.

The lady at the counter was immediately hostile when I pointed out the missing orders. In fact she was screaming at me now you know. Will never patronize our place again I’ll make sure of that. Never had such a bad experience

I always have a fantastic experience at Mucho Burrito, and a big part of that is thanks to Chandan. Every time I visit, he’s working hard, providing excellent service, and always remembers my order. The food is consistently delicious, and Chandan's dedication and positive attitude truly stand out. Highly recommend this location for great food and exceptional service.

I have been coming at this location since last 3 years. I came here at 6:45 on Saturday November 2, 2024. This cashier girl has no idea on how to give proper customer service. I tried my best to be polite and not to create a scene here. I could tell by the look at her face she didn’t want to work and was pissed off to see me and other customers too. Didn’t reply to me and started making face when i tried to ask for something. One suggestion, if you do not like your job please quit. A lot of people are looking for jobs. Food is good as usual and other girls did a great job. Cheers to them :)

Worst experience in terms of customer service...not being racist here but turban guy thinks he own the restro and behaves very rude...he was arguing with us why did we apply the same promo again and it's loss for their company, if that's the case why don't your company take action not accept the order from the customers with same promo.
