Hello, as a long-time customer, I feel I have been left extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received today. The woman who served me was very rude and unfriendly. Also, she gave minuscule portions. The size of the bowl I ordered was half of what it usually is. I find the portion sizes can be way too small when certain people make the bowls. You'd think they own the company and are trying to save every penny.

I am a regular mucho burrito customer. But out of no where the girl working at the restaurant refused to give me more sauce . I was told very rudely that she can only give maximum of 2 sauces . It has never happened with me ever at any other mucho burrito but this one was really a bad experience . I will never visit again . I will email regarding this to the head office as well . As I was ready to pay more for sauce as well but the employee was really rude .

They didn't seem to pay attention to the amount of sauces and items they were putting in the bowls or burritos, which impacted the overall taste of the food.Overall, Mucho Burrito is a decent choice for healthy eating, but the staff could be more patient and attentive to ensure a better dining experience.

Since moving to delta, this has been my go to spot for a hearty, filling meal on the go. The staff are very kind and attentive. I always ask for a chicken burrito and it’s always turned out amazing!

Average fast food Mexican place, except unlike all their competitors, they have some dumb rule where they'll only give you 4 veggies. I don't know what sort of dunces they have for upper management at this chain, but they must be about as bright as a bag of dirt. They're saving pennies at most with this strategy, while pissing off their customers. Go to Quesada, Chronic Tacos, BarBurrito, or any other competitor - they'll provide the same or better food for the same cost, and they don't cheap out on the veggies. Whoever came up with this low reward, high risk policy should be fired like the thick skulled mouth breather they are.
