I’ve been here years ago and sadly the quality went downhill. The most popular cookie was big and sweet, but sadly dry. Adult hot chocolate was just powder and water, no milk or whip on top

Came in just past noon on Nov 26 before decorating our sponsored tree. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged by the cashier. She took my order and turned the machine around so I could tap my card. She was as quiet as a mouse. I asked for a receipt… she just ripped it and handed it to me without saying a word.
I sent out an expense report at work the next day and they got back to me on Friday noting that they couldn’t process it through because it was the merchant copy and didn’t have the specific items listed on the receipt.
I called to talk to the store manager today and apparently they can’t go back that far into their system to pull up the customer copy, so now I can’t expense my meal!!!
I mean it was just $20 but still not cool.

Horrible experience. The girls working behind the bar were extremely rude. They made the drink wrong and were mad at me? Also, the one girl was sitting on the counter. Unprofessional and unacceptable.

I come to Nats almost daily as it’s in neighborhood & the coffee is severely weak. I’m a coffee connoisseur & I have to add an extra shot to a flat white if I want to feel any kind of zing or taste any coffee!! I’m looking for competitors other than Starbucks in this neighborhood….
Update~ manager was a sweetheart & was very helpful after I tried a mocha a couple days later & again, it tasted like water. Thank you Mackenzie!!

Flat Whites are decent, the gf pumpkin cream cheese muffin is great. The mocha tasted more like straight up, overly sweet hot chocolate. The iced matcha was not good at all.
I’m so happy I found Nat’s Coffee House! The coffee was perfect, really fresh and delicious, and the staff were super friendly. There is free parking right in front, and it is so close to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal in Vancouver. The banana bread was fresh, perfectly sweet, and my favorite. Everything was so good. Highly recommend!
