Great drive-through staff! As a long-time patron of the drive-thru take-out meal it’s great value, but I’d just like to see a bit more variety in their meals that so commonly use a green bean/carrot/zucchini mix, especially when zucchini reheats horribly, whether you use a microwave or oven #takeoutfor2 #tsawwassensprings

I came here like a week ago and tried their chicken strips, they were really good. So i brought my husband today to have that good taste but the first order that we got were burnt chicken strips and they were so stiff that i had to give them back. The staff made new ones for us but same issue, stiff again. I dont know if its just today or what happened. We ate them anyhow and did not even feel like ordering anything more. Also, the staff today seemed not interested in serving the guests. The other day a tall lady with black hair served me and it was wonderfull.
FELT Very weird today

To the employee that was annoyed and grumpy that I had my SERVICE animal with me and was visually pissed off because she told me to take her outside and got mad when I told her she was a service animal, shame on you Karen.

As a local, I probably won’t be back for that reason.
Management please inform your employees that service animals are allowed and it is unacceptable to get mad at the customer for having a service animal.

Nice location with plenty parking.
Staff had zero personality, almost like they were mad we came in
Ordered a “latte”, it was more like super hot burnt milk with a hint of espresso, no foam, no flavor.

I went for the first time in drive thru. A girl named Iliana was so amazingly wonderful. I asked her for suggestions because it was my first time. She told me what she really liked and she made it for me. It was a modified white mocha with less sweetness with Irish cream and Cinnamon. I took a sip while driving away and immediately stopped my car, backed up into drive thru, knocked on their window and told her it was the best coffee drink I have ever tasted. I don't really write reviews, but this experience was exceptional. I'm hooked on their coffee now. It's sooooo good!

My daily drive through morning coffee & banana bread. The lovely women who work here put a smile on my face every day! My dog Gus looks forward to his treat & smiles at the window too! Such good coffee Ican't miss a morning. Inside is lovely also with really cozy seating and a fireplace for those typical Vancouver rainy days. Great for a meet up with friends. Highly recommend.

I'm a first-time customer to Nat's Coffee House. My husband ordered caramel macchiato, and I ordered ice mocha and blueberry lemon muffin. We were so happy with our drinks and nothing to complain about.

Meanwhile, about the muffin, I was attracted to the blueberry/lemon combination, but unfortunately, i didn't get the combination taste.
Furthermore, the muffin was not fresh (probably not baked on the same day), and the staff didn't offer to warm it up.

All staff were friendly, but the mistake was that she didn't offer to warm up my muffin. I don't mind eating muffins at normal temperatures provided if it's freshly baked, but the muffin I ate wasn't fresh.

I will definitely come again because i really like the atmosphere. The last time i came here, it was a Woods Coffee. So when i came yesterday, it reminded me of Woods Coffee because the management didn't change any indoor seating.

Next time, i will try another drink on the menu, but I'm not interested with bakeries anymore.

My 95yo Dad and I came here because he'd been before, and said the food was good. Well, maybe it was an off day. Or maybe someone is creatively challenged. Or perhaps they're having a cash crunch. I really don't know what would justify selling a small ciabatta bun with deli turkey, sliced cucumber, processed cheese, and 2 or 3 crushed cranberries, and calling that a turkey and cranberry sandwich. It was very odd. Very odd. The entire sandwich looked like someone ran out of food and ran up to Save-On to grab some fixings.

Doesn't cranberry, the word, suggest more than a couple of berries? To me, that suggests a slather of cranberry sauce or some type of cranberry spread. This isn't a fast food franchise, so the processed cheese was quite the surprise. It was touted as a 'melt', and yet there was the odd insertion of cucumber slices. I thought it was a one-off, but I looked through the reviews here, and someone experienced this very odd foodstuff happening to them about 7 months ago. Why, on God's green Earth, would someone think this was an appropriate thing to repeat and trot out for public consumption?

While I can understand that many other people have had wonderful experiences here, both myself and my father were quite disappointed. Staff were fine. Atmosphere was okay. Food- good lord, no.

If you look back at other reviews, you'll see the review of 7 months ago that has photos of the same sandwich that we experienced today. Time to retire that abomination permanently. Sandwiches are so easy to do. Great sandwiches aren't that much harder to create. I can't believe the proprietors felt that this was appropriate to sell. In this economy, going out is a pricey action. Spending frivolously is a foolish endeavor. I can't justify attending this establishment again, unless I can be reassured that quality has improved. My opinion is probably not going to affect Nat's adversely, but since I know I haven't been the only one, I felt that I needed to put this out for the public, and they can make an educated decision as to where they spend their money.

Went to the cafe after playing golf with my buddies, and we absolutely loved it. The staff is super friendly, and it makes you happy right when you walk in. The food is just as good as it looks. It has become our spot after every golf game.
