Extremely poor service!! We ordered for paneer tikka pizza but the lady gave us chicken tikka pizza! Unfortunately we saw it when we got home. I don't think there is a practice to check box at the shop to see what pizza they gave us. And this is not the first time!Twice we ordered paneer tikka pizza before and it was burnt ! This location is extremely bad at service. I do not recommend this location for anyone! Very disappointed.

Received the wrong pizza after an hour and 40 minute wait. When we called to say so, instead of saying "sorry about that let me fix it" they yelled at us and told us not to order from there again. We usually order from the nice women at the counter. Not sure who this guy is but WOW horrible attitude and customer service. Always soggy pizza anyways and we got charged for the larges we ordered but were given smalls on top of everything else. Not ordering from there anymore won't be a problem.

Ordered (over the phone) a half pepperoni half chicken large and a vegetarian large, after waiting an hour and a half, an employee handed me a pizza which was half paneer instead of chicken. I did not have time to wait another hour and a half for him to correct the order and remake a pizza. When we called to make a complaint, the employee was very rude and told us to “not call back ever again”. I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Ladner finally got good pizza. Our go-to local pizza place. Delicious food, what makes us keep coming back is the paneer and chicken tikka pizza. Also the staff is so friendly!

Called 5x and each greeting by a live person was "non stop pizza can you hold" by a woman who did not wait for me to say "yes or no" immediately put me on hold for 3 minutes each time and then hung up on me.

This place has vastly improved Pizza in Ladner ? I really like the soft, crust, generous sauce and cheese, and quality ingredients. I am glad that the taste is fresh, as opposed to salty.Their service is friendly and readiness time promised is spot on. Highly recommend this place next time you’re craving!
Recently moved to Ladner, one of the best pizza's we've had it in a long time. Indian style add cilantro ginger. We got the tandoori chicken pizza- must must try. They don't cheap out on chicken. Will definitely order every week from here. So happy we found a good place.

I would give 0 stars if I could. horrible customer service this was my second time trying to order from non stop pizza and both times I was put on hold numerous times and hung up on the second time I ordered online and waited 2 hours for my pizza and tried to call to get an update but wasn’t able to talk to anyone because they would just hang up on the call absolutely ridiculous how do they get online orders when they act like this?

No one will answer the phone when you are trying to confirm if they are going to deliver the order you placed online. Placed on hold immediately 4 times in a row. Cancelling my online order and not trying again. Would not recommend when there are other pizza places nearby.

Used to be good but they've hired new staff that don't really know what they're doing. We ordered a couple of lasagnas, salad and a pizza. Unfortunately, the lasagna noodles were uncooked, the garden salad was just carrots and broccoli with croutons and the pizza was cold, almost as if it was cooked way before the rest of the order. We ended up returning most of the order. Used to be a good pizza place but they really need to train their new staff better.
