The portions are generous especially when you consider the price of one sandwich. They pack a punch of flavour and keep you filled for a good while. Remember to bring cash!

This place is awesome. Just remember to bring cash as they are a cash only business. Good soup and sandwiches. Paid $14.25 for a cup of soup and a hefty clubhouse sandwich on a Kaiser bun. Hits the spot every time and the ladies working there are

I don't think theres a better place to get a sandwich anywhere. Bring cash but the value here is so high.

Wonderful chicken and shrimp burger. Very juicy!

The Shepherd's Pie has no business being that good. Why is it so good?!The atmosphere and interior is cozy and old-fashioned. The lady who serviced me was lovely and gave me warm smiles all around. The burgers are absolutely massive and hot. Really liked the Dave Burger. They are all so good.Definitely recommend and will come back.Btw, there are "cash only" signs all around the walls and windows.

We had to stop at Ossie's on our way to Point Roberts. This is a place I have been going to since I was a kid. It is the best deli in Tsawwassen by far. I always think I am going to get something else but when I get in there I always end up choosing the Steve Burger which has schnitzel and bacon on it. The soup that day was a beef vegetable and it was delicious. I know I am a bit biased as there is a lot of sentimentality involved but this is a must-stop-at place if you are in Tsawwassen during the day. The surroundings are not the best but it adds to the 'lucky find' aspect of it. Go here!

Lot of slander in these comments , only accepts cash ....... Ok ? everyone is so quick to want to be a slave to a cashless country. Rosemary rockstar doesn't accept cash go give that place a low rating. This place is a gem and 4.7 is pretty freaking accurate

I'm not sure what all the hype is about. I came for lunch one day and ordered a Reuben sandwich. The ingredients used were likely bought at a local grocery store. The bread came from a Dempsters bag, the cheese was pre-sliced, but the sauerkraut looked homemade. Basically customers are paying $10 for a sandwich that you could make at home. The sandwich itself tasted good but on the other hand, I am not rushing to return to this deli.

My husband and I took time out of our day to try this place for lunch, and we checked the website menu before going. After we ordered, we found out it was cash only. The website did not say cash only, neither did the front door. We left disappointed.

Best sandwiches I've ever had in my life

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment, but I discovered it only accepted cash, which led me to leave without trying their services.Offering payment methods other than cash is critical for businesses in the modern world. Firstly, it enhances convenience for customers who prefer digital or card payments, a group that has been growing substantially. Secondly, it broadens the potential customer base, as some people may not carry cash. Furthermore, it can also streamline the transaction process, making it faster and more efficient. By providing a variety of payment options, businesses can ensure they're meeting the diverse preferences and needs of their customers, thereby improving their overall satisfaction and potentially increasing customer loyalty and business revenue.
