This is combination of meat and veggie platter, the main dish includes boneless chicken shish kebab, beef shish kebab, lamb shoulder, lamb shank under rice served with baked kabuli rice, baked eggplant, baked potato, pakwras, salata and chaka (yogurt dip).
THE KEBAB THRONE
The meat lover special plater, start with appetizer of hummus, salad with feta cheese and pita bread. The main dish includes 16 kebab skewers in total. Four skewers of chicken shish kebab, four skewers of lamb shish kebab, four skewers of beef shish kebab, four skewers of kobeda kebab that served with Kabuli rice, pakawra, pita bread, salata, and Chaka yogurt dip. Served for four people.

We ordered from PAMIR DINER yesterday, and it was an amazing experience! 🩵🩵 The “Mantu” was an absolute hit. every bite was packed with flavor, and we loved it. The vegetarian platter was also delicious especially the baked eggplant, which was one of the best we’ve had, and Incredibly tasty.

We visited Pamir Diner Afghan Cuisine on Thursday, January 2nd with my family, and it was an incredible experience!

We ordered the Kabab Platter, Bolani, and Manto, and every dish was outstanding. The flavors were authentic, the food was freshly prepared, and the portions were very generous—enough for a group to share comfortably.

The atmosphere was lively, and we noticed a group celebrating a birthday party in a beautifully set-up space...
