I had a really nice Americano- able to taste more complex flavours. I ordered a Thai salad and asked for celiac precautions and they double checked that the seasoning on the chicken was gluten free. They seemed very conscientious which was reassuring. The salad was delicious. My partner enjoyed his panini and latte also.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! We just waited an hour for two bagels! When we finally got our bagel there was no cream cheese on the bagel. I go back in to get cream cheese and there's soggy food from another dish that fell on top of the bagel!! I also heard another man say he had been waiting forever for his sandwich! The place wasn't even very busy! We will definitely never go back and never recommend this place.

Went to the L'aromas Skycafe today at the local Airport. The food and coffees were fabulous and our server was excellent! Great job even on your soft opening day! Congrats! :)
Brunch Chorizo Bowl was amazing the first time we were in! Hollandaise was perfect. Quite a wait the second time we were in as the ticket machine malfunctioned. We are service humans too, so we get it bit would have been nice to know. Food still tasted good though.

The place is about as clean as a 1990s McDonald’s ball pit. They should clean the tables every now and then. I tried to order a pizza at 1145am and they said that they have a “strict noon lunch hour”. Meanwhile the three baristas were hanging out at the front playing on their phones.
