The reviews I saw were questionable so I was initially cautious, though after speaking to the kind lady on the phone I found she was very helpful and help me find the best flavor for me haha
Got a chicken tandoori pizza and there is nothing better around the area for the price and I would even argue the quality of the crust also!

Please note This for 92nd an 120th location on the Delta side. Other pizza Factory locations may be better operated...... Placed an order.. went to pick it up.. was not ready. While waiting i read a notice by the front door that this place was closed due to covid case. The notice did not mention any dates so I asked the lady that was making the pizza she replied that she dont know anything. She would not even talk to me properly or even look at me. Than i noticed she was making my pizzas without wearing any gloves or a face mask. At this point i was pissed and cancelled my order and went to another place. Will never go back to this place. No safety no concern, the lady's attitude just sucked. No safety no concern at all. Fraser Health needs to check them out.
