For a pizza that I ordered that was supposed to be 5 cheese with Alfredo sauce, and extra cheese, it’s clear that mozzarella wasn’t even put on the pizza. Zero “cheese pull” factor and because of that, the Alfredo overpowered the whole thing. They didn’t even add cheese close to the crust either. Super disappointed. Won’t be ordering from here again.

I had order a few times with very little problem until yesterday.I ordered two pizzas and an order of wings. Arrived a few minutes early. Waiting at the door and I see a mouse scurry from under the drink cooler back into the kitchen. Right then I should have just left, but I stupidly decide to continue- justifying it with the pizza ingredients are kept in the fridge and it’s fresh out of the ovens.Get the pizzas and wings home, opened up. The pizza tastes fine. Grab a wing and suddenly feel like my thumb has been cut. Look down and there is some kind of shard of metal mixed in with the wings. Almost like from a dish washing brush but much stiffer. Okay. Well not ideal, but these kinds of things happen, right?I call the number provided in my online receipt and after it rang through it routes me to corporate, explain the issue and they say it has to be done at the store level, transfer me. Rings through again and send me back to corporate. Explain the issue again and she goes to transfer me (again). I explain we have done that already. The next thing…... It was as if the phone was set on a table and left. Quiet. But I could faintly hear people in the background. I say “hello?hello?” But nothing. 15 seconds later I’m hung up on. Call back the store. Someone answers and says I need to call back at 6pm to speak to a manager. I call at 6:12pm. Manager isn’t in today, he is at Ladner- call there. So I do. He takes down my number and says he will call at 4pm the following day. Guess what? Doesn’t call.These guys just don’t care at all about serving good food or you having a good experience. Money in the bank account, and they are stuck dealing with customers. Oh and the mouse issue. Yes, I reported to the heath inspection authorities.

The worst customer experience. I called to place and order and first I got put on hold for about 4 minutes. Then when the international student came back on the phone she couldn't take down my address correct. I asked her to repeat it back to me and it was wrong. I corrected her and asked her to repeat it back to me again and it was wrong. I gave up and hung up the phone.

I've never seen a pizza place cheap out on toppings more than this location. Barely any sauce, barely any toppings and they got one of the pizzas wrong. Even with the 5 5 5 deal it still feels like a ripoff.

Decided to try this again after 6 months to see if anything has changed. CLEARLY, the owner doesn't care. Hard to believe, but it is WORSE. A triple crown pizza had not even enough meat to cover 1 piece per slice. They used, at best, 1 medium mushroom, sliced so thin, throughout the whole pizza. There were MAYBE 6 cubes of green pepper on the whole pizza. It's not like the chef couldn't tell either, as there was barely any cheese whatsoever onthe pizza. It was essentially undercooked dough.Do yourself a favor, go to your local grocery store and buy a frozen pizza. It will be 100X better than this garbage. How this place is still open, is beyond me. They should be in jail for robbing their customers. This is anything but pizza. Even the raccoons that pillage your garbage wouldn't eat this.
