Don't bother with this place.... there's many other pizza places, and from now ill be supporting them! Ordered a med. pepperoni Pizza and added the 8 boneless wings for the $10+.... only to find out once at home, there was 7 teeny tiny morsels of chicken! Called the store, and they asked if I ordered 7 š«£ It wasn't overly busy when I arrived at the store, but still had to wait 10 mins past my projected wait... there is definitely some communication issues, but I won't have to worry about dealing with this business again!

They donāt accept Pizza Hut giftcards which was inconvenient and the thin crust pizza we ordered was stale. Not a great experience.

I am a new arrival in Tsawwassen, usually taking pizza for lunch, but what is it uncomfortable experience in our town Pizza Hut! The pizza is so dry and cheap, the girls working there seem so tired and unhappy, never been there again

These people are incredulous. I walked in at 4:01. As I was coming in a staff member was leaving. I waited at the front desk for about 2 mins before saying āhelloā and getting someoneās attention. When she came it was 4:03. I ordered the lunch special; yes, I was 1 min late, but really? She refused to give me the lunch special price and pretended to not understand what I was talking about. She then asked the other girl (in Hindi) if I was there when she left and she said no) I literally walked in when she was leaving. In any case, I asked for the managers information they said they couldnāt give it to me. Then suddenly when I said I was going to call head office she said she could do it for the lunch special price. But she really wanted to deny me over 3 minutes. 2 of which I spent waiting before someone even served me.

Kids loved their individual pizzas but both regular pizzas we ordered were underwhelming. One was supposed to be cheeder, bacon and ranch. And as you can see in the pic they forgot the ranch and the bacon was so sparse many pieces had none.
No pic of the other pizza but it was made sloppily and a little doughy in the center.

Ordered delivery at 8:05pm on Monday, guy answers the phone and calls me ābroā, itās 8:50pm and still no food. Insane how weāre coming close to an hour. Pathetic service. Iāll definitely be reaching out to corporate as this has happened a few times.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER. DRIVER REFUSED TO READ INSTRUCTIONS AND CALL MY CLIENT. LEFT THE FOOD ON THE GROUND. MY CLIENT SEARCHED A BLOCK LOOKING FOR THE FOOD. AFTER I CALLED THE STORE. THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME AND OFFERED NO SUPPORT. WHAT HAS PIZZA HUT COME DOWN TO! WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A RESTAURANT EVER. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Was told to wait another 5 minutes which was fine until 20 minutes had gone by again. Finally called to cancel and get refund but was told to call my credit card company for refund. What?? Pizza finally arrived after cancelling over 1 hour later and driver stated he had 6 deliveries to make and we were supposed to be first but he put us accidentally at the back. So pizzas were sitting in buddys car for 1 hour. Gross. It was his first day. First day and he was given 6 orders on his first trip ever. Great training guys. Dear Pizza Hut home office. Take this franchise away from these clowns. Never Again.

I had a problem with my last order the previous night and the lady who I spoke to Palwinder was very kind and took Ownership of the problem rather than wait for a manager.
I truly appreciate her doing her best to make it right. God Bless and I hope you become a supervisor or manager soon.šš
