People here are nice enough but I ordered a pizza with double pepperoni today and there was basically 3-4 pieces of cup pepperoni per slice. Definitely not satisfying at all. Maybe it was done because it was the free pizza earned by points, but still.

4th time receiving delivery and something is messed up. Ordered Pan pizza, it is not. One of the pieces is cut so small that it is swimming in the palm of my hand! Tried adding a photo. Can't find it. Ordered 14 boneless chicken wings and only got 10. Cinnabons were so small , the icing was all over the lid from bouncing around in the box. There should be 10 in box, but only 8. Twice my order was missing the drinks, but I was charged and they do nothing about it. This will be my last order today. I know things happen and staff changes, but when there is something wrong with every order, it's time to quit.

Since last time I took a survey from pizza hut and received a validation code for buy-one-get-one free, I use this code to order a pizza today(2025.08.10), the staff said to use the validation code, I need to go with the receipt from the last time, therfore she said recently pizza hut has an activity for $1 more to buy the second pizza. In the end, she didn’t let me use the verification code to get the 2nd pizza free, but instead charge me an extra dollar. Today, I am not upset about the extra dollar I had to pay, but rather about the entire transaction not being conducted with integrity. Additionally, when they provided me with a validation code, they did not mention that the previous purchase receipt had to be presented upon use. Now, asking for it at the last minute makes me feel that the staff deliberately made an excuse to avoid honoring the discount I was entitled to, which I find disgraceful. Overall, I had a very unpleasant experience purchasing pizza at the store today. I hope pizza hut will further train their staff to ensure that the offers you provide to customers are honored.

I recently had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut thanks to an employee named Ravi. She was exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout my visit. From taking my order to ensuring everything was prepared just right, her friendly and efficient service made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Ravi also offered some excellent recommendations, which made my meal even better. Her outstanding customer service truly stood out, and I’ll definitely be returning to this Pizza Hut location because of her exceptional assistance.
