Poor customer service. All i asked for my order was - to putt chilli flakes on top. The girl bluntly refused to do so and said- Oh we are busy , we don’t have time to put flakes on top of the pizza. I said - EXCUSE ME!? She replied- yeah we are busy at the moment. We cannot do customization.

We ordered pizza online last week. I respect women but they need to put a hairnet over their hair and if they can’t they should quit their job. We ordered 5 pizzas and melts and out of the pizzas two of them had pieces of hair and there was also hair in the melts. When we called them to let them know, we got a very disappointing response and they didn’t care at all or do much. We had to order somewhere else and had a loss of money. If the owner is reading this please know, that this is only harming your business and take care of the food that is being made in your store. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the circumstances of our food and I hope this does not happen again.
Poor service and rude behaviour.ordered pizza on phone for delivery they said ok they didn’t deliver then one hour later I call them again they said their guy is coming after 30 minutes I didn’t get anything then again call them they said u didn’t ordered please order again this is the service of pizza hut. I placed an online order for one pizza and added their new deal for 1 equal contributions, which should have given me another pizza for a dollar. When my mom picked it up they only gave her one pizza. I tried calling them but I could only reach their general line. I talked to 4 people and they all said they will transfer me to the store but if the store doesn’t pick up then their system will automatically transfer you back to their general line. I had asked the last person if they store can call me back and until now I haven’t heard back. Pizza Hut is really lacking in their system management and also the new pizza flavour I had tried with cheddar and bacon and claims of “airy” crust definitely does not taste airy nor anything close to their usual standards. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The pizza was a 5/5. I would recommend it to everyone to give it a try once. We ordered pizza in a box with 2 toppings each- one with green peppers and mushrooms, another one with green peppers and red onions. Do try it once ??
