I hired Pork Mafia for my wedding this past weekend and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The food was incredible. It’s all anyone could talk about the whole night! We did the smoked hog and added a few pounds of brisket. The brisket was gone by the end of the night and while people were waiting for rides, they were making pork sandwiches to go. Jamie was wonderful to deal with when booking and putting together the menu. I hope to attend another event where Pork Mafia will be there!

We received many compliments from our guests about how fantastic the food was. We had the brisket, pulled pork, chicken, mac and cheese, smoked beans, and Caesar salad. Everything turned out great.
