Hired Porkmafia for my wedding this past weekend. Can’t say anything negative!!! The food was so amazing, the portions were huge. All of my guests were so full and so happy. Jamie and his team Olivia and Niko, were the most amazing addition to our engagement party! I believe the food is the highlight of an event and let me tell you Jamie’s BBQ; Pork Mafia is that and more! The Brisket, Ribs and Pulled pork were to die for! The Mac and Cheese was incredible plus corn and Cesar salad! Everyone at the party was talking about the food! I ordered some BBQ one evening several years ago now from Jamie - he was set up in East Delta farmland, it was dark and pouring rain out, and I'm sure he wanted to be home, but he still greeted me with a smile and an extra big helping of brisket. Some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time and I look forward to ordering again the next time I'm in Ladner.

I recently had my 50th birthday, my wife asked me how I wanted to celebrate it, I was having a hard time deciding what I wanted to do, I finally decided to have friends and family over, as I usually am the cook for these types of gatherings I did want to do that this time and I didn’t want to ask anyone else to cook either as I wanted to enjoy spending time with everybody and not have anyone stuck at the grill or the smoker. So I decided I did want BBQ, originally I wanted to do a whole pig, but we decided to go with a couple platters, a Mac’n cheese and cornbread. I had read the reviews, but nothing could’ve prepared myself or my guests for what we were in for! Everything was amazing, from the beginning, my wife organized it with porkmafia, from the first interaction to picking up the food and returning the equipment, my wife said they answered all the questions in a timely fashion, she mentioned what we were looking for and the amount of people we were wanting to feed and they were able to answer all the the questions we had, they were very accommodating. Now for the day my wife picked up the food and brought it home, we knew what we had ordered, but we weren’t sure what to expect.
When it was time to eat and all the dishes were opened, we were in awe of just the presentation, and the taste of everything, the ribs, the sausages, the pulled pork, the brisket, the Mac’n cheese and the cornbread were nothing short of amazing, the bbq sauce that was provided was full of flavour. Everybody was super impressed with the food, even had a vegetarian try a little.
I would highly recommend porkmafia for your next catered event if you want to serve BBQ!
