This is a great spot, and not a far walk from the beach. They have vegan offerings including milk alternatives, a brownie, a cookie, and a wrap. We've tried everything but the wrap and it's all delicious, just a little on the pricey side. But worth a stop if you're in the area.

I went there with my dog and ordered a cheese scone for her 11–y-o bday with a cup of coffee for myself. The very young waitress (long blonde hair about 150cm tall) asked if I wanted the scone to warm up and any butter with it. I was so impressed because I was never offered so much extra in other cafes before! My dog definitely had a very happy snack for her bday! Thanks to you, young lady! We will surely visit there again soon!!

Nice cafe in great area. The Southlands are beautiful and welcoming. Not much to do but 2 minutes away is Boundary Bay and Centennial Beach Park. Good coffee.
